Wouldn’t recommend
We were told we couldn’t check in before 4:00 because the house wouldn’t be ready early. We drove by at 2:00 and there were no cars in the driveway and no sign that anyone was there working, though there was a black bag of linens in the front yard. We returned at 4:00 and the house appeared the same from the outside (linen bag still in front yard). When we went inside everything appeared clean, but there wasn’t a square of toilet paper anywhere, which was both unfortunate and ridiculous. There was also no soap to wash our hands. The most infuriating thing, though, was that not a single bed had sheets on it. So we couldn’t check in early because the house wasn’t “ready,” but it still wasn’t stocked with essential supplies, and the beds weren’t even made!! I’ve never rented any accommodation where I had to make the beds, and find that completely unacceptable, especially given the cleaning fees charged and the price of rent for the week.
To top it off, 3 days before we were scheduled to check in, I was informed that the pool heater was broken and the part had been ordered. By the time we checked out it still hadn’t arrived. I never would have booked this place for spring break if I had known the pool heater wouldn’t be available. In fact, I messaged the host prior to booking to ensure there was a pool heater and that it would be available to use the week of our stay in early April.
