Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to be in the pool without adult supervision. No rough play in pool. Gates must remain locked
Please obey all Oak Island rules and regulations including Quiet Hours 11pm -7am
Absolutely no smoking or pets on the premises, inside or outside. A $500 fine will be imposed if rules are not adhered to.

We enjoy taking late night swims in the pool, eating outside on the patio, relaxing on the back patio and listening to the waves crashing on the shore when all is quiet and peaceful at night. We love watching movies on the back patio or listening to music with the palm trees and pool lights(inside and outside of the pool) turned on and the water fountain with the peaceful flow of water running down the fountain.

Why they chose this property

Our home is on the quiet west end of the island on a dead end street overlooking the Davis Canal at the end of the street. We have wonderful neighbors and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a large yard, with one lot plus a 1/2 of another lot. There is lots of room for parking, basketball with a goal and basketball already there, volleyball net or badminton and accessories for both, horseshoes, dartboard, swimming pool with outdoor TV and lots of places to sit and relax or dine outside. We love all of the room outside, enough for all of our large family to enjoy together.
