Our fully renovated (October 2021) sun filled garden apartment with private entrance is just a lazy 5 minute stroll to iconic Bondi Beach. Arrive home refreshed from your swim or coastal walk and relax, soaking up the sun in your private, north facing tropical yard.

Fresh paint, new carpet, with a brand new fully equipped kitchen. The new bathroom has to be seen to appreciate! Style, convenience and function are found in every corner. There are two very comfortable queen sized beds plus a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed (queen size, located in lounge room) make our garden apartment very appealing! Five minute stroll to Bondi Beach, ocean pool, cliff walks, shops and cafés.

Our street is elevated on the south end of Bondi Beach with views north. We are away from the busy Bondi shops, yet still close to all the action. Our street has amazing Australian flora & fauna. The two bedroom apartment is well equipped with DVD's, books and toys for the kids all set within a relaxed holiday decor. The apartment is north facing, so is light filled via the new windows and sliding doors that open to the large back yard that is very sunny and a perfect contained/safe place for the kids to play.

There is no off street parking available. Two (2) hours timed parking is available on our street between 8am - 8pm. There is non timed parking two blocks away.

We have listed our apartment via Airbnb for 9 years with 4.89 star rating and great reviews. We are keen to offer our great accom. via Stayz and will be happy to answer any questions

Our neighborhood is very friendly and so are we! You will love our apartment.

Why they chose this property

Our apartment has been fully renovated in October 2021. We spared no expense to provide a space that we would love to holiday in! The apartment is located within 5 minute walk to Bondi Beach. It is a garden apartment with exclusive use of the garden and lawn area. It is brand new, clean, light and comfortable!
Our first priority is cleanliness followed closely by making sure ALL the comforts that we would expect within our home are included in our apartment for you to enjoy!
The apartment has two queens size beds within the two separate bedrooms. There is also a very comfortable (it truly is!) lounge to enable the apartment to accommodate 6 people. There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials provided for you to enjoy. The bathroom has to be seen to be appreciated (the photos do not do it justice). It is very well appointed and roomy with a washing machine dryer plus all the laundry equipment you'd expect.
