Cloudbreak is tucked away at the end of a quiet, secluded court, offering panoramic views over the national park and unforgettable sunsets across the salt lake. Surrounded by native trees and shrubs, it’s a peaceful retreat where you can relax, unwind and enjoy nature right at your doorstep.
Inside, the home is immaculate and thoughtfully styled, blending modern décor with charming antique touches to create a warm, welcoming feel. The north-facing, open-plan design fills the space with beautiful natural light, giving the home a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the day.
Perfect for families, the home includes beach-themed stuffed toys, children’s books in the bunk room, and a great selection of card and board games for all ages. These can be found in the antique white toy box next to the dining table, making it easy for everyone to enjoy relaxed downtime together.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Cloudbreak is ideal for two families or a laid-back group getaway. The home features two queen beds, two king single beds and two bunk beds. As four of the beds are bunks designed for children, for comfort, we recommend a maximum of six adults and 4 children.
A standout feature is the spacious second-storey outdoor entertaining area, complete with a built-in kitchen servery that connects seamlessly to the indoor living space. With an 8-seater indoor dining table and a 6-seater outdoor setting, it’s perfect for shared meals, sunset drinks and quality time together. The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a sheltered downstairs BBQ area and plenty of undercover parking. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated fire pit during their stay, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. Please note that guests are required to bring their own kindling, firewood, and fire lighters for use
Ideally located in the heart of Marion Bay, Cloudbreak is just a 2-minute drive or an easy 10-minute walk to Willyama Beach, Penguin Point, the Tavern and the Jetty, everything you need for a classic coastal escape.

Stayed here with a group of eight and we absolutely loved it. There was a decent amount of space for everyone, and the shared areas felt comfortable and welcoming—just like being at home. The kitchen was especially well equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The location is fantastic, and the view from the deck is truly beautiful. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside and watching the sunset in the evenings—it was a real highlight of our stay.We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Thanks so much for your lovely review Olivia! You guys were a pleasure to host also. we’re so glad you had a great stay :)
Property was clean, calming and relaxing. Lovely decor throughout and was so nice to spend time in. We loved our stay and would love to return. The whole house was well equipped with everything, we would need to bring even less with us next time. Hosts have been lovely and attentive. Beautiful view and lovely activities available for the kids to do and enjoy the peaceful home setting. Innes National Park was absolutely breathtaking. We explored through the days and recuperated at night at Cloudbreak. The Tavern did a lovely meal and has such a great feel was great to incorporate into the trip and do recommend booking ahead! Amazing trip away to unwind and reset. Only reason value for money was lower was due to the cleaning fee in addition to the staying rate. We are not used to this as usually stay in cabins, but loved being able to have a full home and have it clean to enjoy so can see why it needs to be there. We would just need to factor in the budget for future stays. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, Ben reached out before my trip and sent through some stuff as my email was playing up. Property was absolutely amazing, the location was brilliant. Definitely coming back.
Second time we have stayed in the last 14 months. Love the house, layout and so clean and well equipped! We will def be back next year! Thanks again for a lovely holiday break in the beautiful Marion Bay.
Stay was great, house was lovely, easy check in. Travelled from Broome WA, had family come and visit, was able to park their caravan which was amazing. Had owner call questioning that there was 7 cars at the home as we had friends and family come for the day to visit us as we live interstate - made it feel like we were being watched by neighbours, did not feel very comfortable after that phone call.
