Catch glimpses of the sea and the peninsula beyond and know instantly whether the tide is in or out. Or just relax on the upstairs front balcony enjoying the sound of the sea amongst the treetops.

Enjoy this fully furnished beach house located on a large block with a backyard big enough for cricket or a family football match. Soak up the sun from the north facing patio or just enjoy the scenery from the dining/loungeroom.

Just a short 100m walk to the inlet beach, beachfront lawns & bbq area and another 50 metres to the pier. An easy 600m walk to the town centre, supermarket, coffee shops and boutiques. No need for a car!

Comfortable accomms include:

Upstairs
Bed 1: Queen bed, with robe
Bed 2: Bunk bed, sleeps 2 with robe
Bed 3: Queen bed, with robe
Dining, lounge, kitchen, full bathroom & separate toilet

Downstairs
A separate teenage retreat with 2 x triple bunks (double + single each bunk), couch, TV and games machines plus another bathroom (shower), toilet and full laundry.

Plenty of room for a large family or two families with older children. Not recommended for babies or toddlers. Not recommended for more than 6 adults.

**Note outdoor staircase access only.

Bring the pet/s on your holiday, the property is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside with proper supervision (not on furniture). The inlet beach is 100m away and heaven for dogs!

Features include air conditioning, upstairs and downstairs, smart TV + DVD upstairs, smart TV + games machines downstairs (Wii and Playstation 2 with assorted games), new kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop/oven etc. Coffee machine, electric frypan, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich maker, Hairdryers x 2, iron/ironing board, washing machine/dryer, BBQ, table tennis, in fact everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Other items provided at no cost include: Tea, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cooking oil, assorted sauces. Glad wrap & Alfoil, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Also cleaning items like dishwashing detergents, laundry detergent and basic cleaning needs are also provided. Vacuum, brooms and brush & shovels. Electric blankets on Queen and double beds only.

Some bedding is supplied such as doonas & pillows & mattress protectors for all beds. Please bring your own linen and towels and beach towels. We can also hire linen and towels price on request.

Families only please no groups, house parties or schoolies.

Property is not suitable for very young children under 3 years.

We had a great weekend at Sue & Ross’s place. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, kitchen is nicely stocked with condiments etc, and the wine & chocolates from the hosts was a really nice touch. Great quiet location and only a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for our two families and dog.

We had a lovely few days staying at this gorgeous, laidback beach house close to shops, inlet beach and our family in Inverloch. Our visiting teens loved the separate downstairs space and we enjoyed getting the morning sun sitting on the first floor balcony overlooking trees and flashes of sea. Clean and comfortable and thoughtfully decked out with everything you could need, and a big backyard for our lab/collie. Sue was a great communicator. Thanks for hosting us!

Great short break

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family and the furkids. We were very comfortable, having the seperate living area was a bonus. Also having the basic supplies available reduced a lot of the hassle of the holiday. Loved it and will be at the top of our list the next time we’re in the area.

The house was as expected as we have stayed there in the past. A well appointed kitchen, good size rooms and all four of us were comfortable with plenty of space. The property was very well cleaned, in a great location close to the beach and the town. Condiments etc were available for our use as well and an extensive guest information brochure. Doonas and pillows looked new.

Great house in great location

I stayed here with 3 friends. The house was warm, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Close to the water, walking trails and shops. Unfortunately the weather was atrocious but we had games and books and tv to keep us occupied. The hosts were great communicators.

A memorable long weekend!

Great place - location perfect to walk along foreshore to town. Kids had fun playing table tennis, dog had a great backyard to run around. Lovely sitting on the deck with glimpses of Anderson Inlet through the trees. Sound of the ocean at night beautiful to listen to. Highly recommended.

The property was terrific and in an excellent location. One thing that really impressed me was the supply of condiments. We didn't need to bring much with us at all as most was provided. A lovely welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived too!
