Byron Bay Queenslander and granny flat

Our house is located in the beautiful Lilli Pilli area of Byron Bay, 3kms from the town centre. Its a 5 min drive, 10-15 min cycle to town and nearby beaches. The house was built in 1923 and has been recently renovated to combine the rustic charm with modern amenities.
Tranquil rainforest surrounds in a wild life reserve there are no cats and dogs but plenty of birds, lizards, echidnas and the occasional koala. Its a quiet residential area so probably best suited to those looking for a peaceful retreat away from the busy town centre but close enough to be easily accessible.
The main house sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms plus an office/5th bedroom and the granny flat an additional 2 people. The granny flat is separate from the main house and has its own ensuite and kitchenette. The main house has 2 living areas and an open plan dining/kitchen/ family room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and an outdoor BBQ. The 2 living areas both have smart TV's ,Netflix, DVD players, Wi Fi and bluetooth speakers. There's also a selection of board games. Main bathroom has bath, toilet and shower, second bathroom has toilet and shower.
Bedding configuration in the main house is 1x King bed, 2 Queen beds, , 1x King single, 1x single, 2x single foam mattresses. Granny Flat has 1x queen bed.
The back deck has a large dining table plus comfy chairs for relaxing, the spa deck has a hot tub and a day bed and the front porch has 2 daybeds so there are plenty of spaces for privacy and relaxing. There's also a rainforest shower for after the beach
There's a fully equipped laundry in the garage as well as a selection of adults bikes, kids scooter, skateboards, body boards and beach umbrella .
There is undercover parking for 1 car and off street parking for 2 cars, there's also plenty of street parking.

Ideal holiday spot
Amazingly quiet street, sensational garden, beautiful home, space for many, perfect location. We were all able to really relax on the deck and in the garden and really feel like we were on holiday. The bed's were comfortable, the kitchen was great, and the general feel of the place was ideal. We absolutely loved staying at this house. We would come again.

Spectacular, comfortable, well appointed home
I stayed at this property with a group of girlfriends for a running event weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful with ample room for a group. It was close to town and there were clear descriptions of the property facilities in a handbook. Everything worked well, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The fire and hot tub were wonderful for relaxation, and the kitchen had everything you would need to be able to cater for yourself. There were large spaces to be able to gather and chat, but also room for people to be able to get some space alone. Jodie had great communication and was an organized and approachable host. The property is located in a quiet, green area and there were no issues with noise. I would highly recommend this property and our whole group would love to visit again!

The perfect home in a wonderful location
My whole family loved this home. It has a wonderful homely feeling. With four small children it provided endless areas for them to play and explore, the neighborhood is quiet. The home has everything you would need and the hosts are most welcoming, communicative and helpful. Brilliant location, perfectly away from the hustle and bustle that Byron is during spring school holidays
