Sol Mate is a lovely, two-story vacation home that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of America's emerald green waters. Enjoy 50 ft. of private beach exclusive to this home from your own personal private beach access.
Upon entry you will be greeted by Sol Mate’s spacious open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas blending seamlessly together. This tranquil and serene living space echoes the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with all-white walls and furnishings. The formal dining area provides seating for 8 guests. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar by the kitchen or at a second bar space which offers seating for 4. The open and bright kitchen is fully-stocked, has stainless steel appliances and features an island for extra prep-space.
For sleeping arrangements on the first floor, you will find 2 King Suites featuring their own attached private bathrooms and a custom built bunk room with 2 sets of Queen/Queen Bunks!
On the second floor you will find all King Suites, and a sleep quarters with 2 Queen beds. Each of the elegant King Suites come with beautiful gulf views, one has a private bathroom and the other has a shared bath. The first King Suite features a unique wicker headboard — wicker being a classic and tasteful material for coastal, beachfront furnishings. The Master King Suite includes a gorgeous 4-poster bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, a private bath. This room sleeps 5 guests. The master bath features a walk-in shower and large garden tub.
This home is within minutes to grocery stores, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, beach front restaurants, and many other attractions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* This home rents ONLY Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer Months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.*
* Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $750.00 event fee from Beach Reunion*
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Pet Fee: This home is pet friendly. We have a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. We do only allow dogs to be in our homes. 25lbs or less with a two dog maximum allotment.
Low Speed Vehicle Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger LSV's, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Season begins on March 1 and ends October 31. * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.

In addition to the Silver Shells Premium Outlet Mall which features 110 name-brand outlet stores just 2 minutes away and the Destin Commons featuring 90+ stores , restaurants, and an AMC movie theater just 6 minutes away, Seascape Golf, Beach, & Tennis Resort is just 2 minutes away. The Seascape Towne Centre will include numerous restaurants and food vendors, a family entertainment sector, boutique shops and markets. A large scale tiki bar is being planned, along with an ice cream parlor and other food and beverage offerings. Among the many exciting family attractions are a zip line, ropes course, remote control boats, golf chipping section, and live music venues!
