OGonLelean - Luxury Beach Townhouse - Perfect Beach Holiday

OG on Lelean is a stunning 3/4 bedroom property positioned close to the beach, 80 metres to the Barwon River & short walk to Ocean Grove beach & shopping precinct. Golf, Bowling club & cafe's are close by & many restaurants. We offer minimum 2 night stays, 2-4 night long weekends & 7 day+ longer stays (Discount % offered).

We are located just over an hours drive from Melbourne, 20 mins from Geelong Queenscliff & Torquay and close to the start of the Great Ocean Road.

OG on Lelean offers downstairs master with king size bed, walk in robe with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with king size bed, built in robe & third bedroom with trio bunk, (double on bottom, single on top, trundle bed) & built in robe. The 4th is a small living room with a double sofa bed. Sleeps 8 persons (up to 10 if including children), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and an outside shower ideal for when you get back from the beach.

The property has latest Daiken split system reverse cycle heating/cooling, with two units upstairs and one unit downstairs. The spacious upstairs living area is well furnished and contains a gourmet kitchen, and a second living area has a large dining table to seat 10. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas cook top, toaster, kettle etc, with good supply of crockery, cutlery, platters, glasses to cater for week-end and holiday stays for extended family groups. The laundry includes a washing machine and sink.

Upstairs there is outdoor furniture set up on two large entertainment balconies with one located off the main living area and includes a gas mains BBQ overlooking the back garden.

There is a fenced yard for children to play with access to the garage for 2 cars with additional parking for 2/3 more cars in the driveway. A free shuttle bus is available in Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads from late Dec to end of January.

OG on Lelean is perfect for family groups. Being respectful of the local community is important to us and as such we cannot accept bookings for large celebratory groups. OG on Lelean is not a pet friendly property but may consider upon application.

Fabulous house with everything you could possibly need

This magnificent house has has all you could wish for and more. The location was superb, close to shops, beach and walking tracks. Rod and Tracey were great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this property

Wonderfully relaxing Stay

We all had a wonderfully relaxing time. Thank you for having us in your home. It was a perfect layout with the living area upstairs to maximise the relaxation on the balcony with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other. Just a Short trip to the stunning beach or the shops. Can’t wait to come back. Rod & Tracey we’re so accomodating to our stay needs. You thought of everything for your guests.

We are a family who love the beach, fishing, golfing and enjoying our time together during school holidays. We built our property OGonLelean as a holiday home that we can use as well as renting to our guests. Our intention is to make this our main home as we get into retirement down the line but to also enjoy it along the journey.

We chose the location by chance and built this house using our family builder. The location is fantastic on the Riverside of Wallington Road & a short walk to the main Ocean Grove Beach and local shops. We hope you love our property as much as we do and have a fantastic stay.

Why they chose this property

When we first saw this block of land we were immediately hooked by the location and all that is offered with easy walk. We built this house specifically for beach holidays. 2 Large rooms upstairs with large decks either side, open plan kitchen area with sleeping downstairs. We also have a lovely private garden at the back with beautiful trees and views of the river and Ocean Grove as you look up the hill. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars

We designed and built OGonLelean to encompass everything you will look for in a modern designed beach house. Upstairs living with double balcony's with views of Ocean Grove.
