Visiting Ballarat and Grampians

great property. Everything we wanted. Comfortable beds with lights you could turn off from bed.Electric blankets and fans. Good lighting. Well stocked kitchen and laundry and internal access garage. Quiet and close to things in Ballarat. 2 living areas both with tv so good for family. Very impressed
