My family & i loved staying at this property. It was very clean & had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The view & the closeness to Sovereign Hill was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

House is exactly as described. It had everything that we needed and great location. Could walk to sovereign hill and only a few minutes drive into centre of town. Comfortable beds and quick to heat up though didn’t need heating on much.

Our stay at Zee Zee House was amazing! We are a family of 4 and we couldn't fault one thing about this house. The amenities, the cleanliness were remarkable. The host has thought of everything that makes a holiday house feel like a home. The house is located central to everything in Ballarat. The host is wonderful, contactable and provided check-in details well.Highly recommend this house!

Golden location

The house was perfect, across the road from two of our weekend destinations, and just a very short drive to the commercial centre and restaurants, cafes etc. Very comfortable accommodations, well set up and everything we needed was on site. Also close to the bus stop at Sovereign Hill and the Rare Trades Centre if you are a non-driver. Will stay there again

What an amazing place… Great location 2 minute walk to Sovereign Hill and a beautiful overlook of the hills…. Highly recommend for your next stay in Ballarat!

Perfect location for a visit to Sovereign Hill, house just across the road, allowing us to break up our visit. House clean and very well thought out, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Fantastic Property!

Kitchen is well stocked for self catering. Excellent location for Sovereign Hill - diagonally opposite the car park, but also still private. All modern amenities. 5 minute drive to supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend!

Zee Zee House was beautiful. So many little touches that made the house special. Big tick for all the live plants, and an even bigger tick for the over sized bath tub in the main bathroom. One could easily stay for a long visit in this well equipped property.

What a beautiful place to stay! We loved every minute! The house was warm and cosy and had everything for our little family! Staying at a house with 2 kids under 2 isn’t always the easiest thing but this beautiful home had everything including gates for safety! Something I don’t see often. I would definitely stay here again!

Impressive house in a perfect location

The house has a great location close to city centre but with elevated views looking into trees made it private. Attention to detail with kitchen utensils and bathroom luxuries. A beautiful bath and large deck ensured we were relaxed after a long drive. An array of restaurants within walking distance made eating out easy and covered everyone's needs.

Zee Zee House

We had a fantastic time. My wife and teenage kids loved the house and it's location. Great views on a quiet street. The house was clean and every item we needed was provided for us. So many places to visit in and around Ballarat. Great place for anybody to relax and to recharge. 10 out of 10

Beautiful accommodation

Exceeded expectations. In the top 10 properties I've stayed in. Property manager was great to communicate with. House was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints. Nada! Some will find the driveway too steep, but I'm an ex-farmer and part billy goat, so felt like home.

Wow… This little house is so cute and comfy, the owner has thought of absolutely to keep it cozy and inviting. I loved the style and even real little house plants placed tastefully in each room, I also loved the beautiful hand washes and cleaning products. I’ve since gone and sourced some for my home haha. We didn’t want to leave. Love your style and all the thought you have put into this retreat ✨
