These modern apartments enjoy high quality decor & appliances, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, clothes washing machine & dryer. 2 x TVs & DVD players. Fully airconditioned & gas heating with lovely courtyard & small balcony on the 1st floor. All linen supplied. (1 x queen bed 2 x single beds 1 x trundle bed Sleeps 5) Rate is for 2 people. The apartment was perfect, walking distance to all restaurants and easy access to the apartment and carpark. Super clean and Vawyn was a amazing host and very personable with checkin.

Perfect location!

Amazing apartment right in the heart of Ballarat. It has everything you could need. On arrival, our access code did not work however the team were prompt in resolving the issue and coming and letting us in on a public holiday. I would 110% recommend this apartment and we will endeavour to return.

Annual getaway to Ballarat to go to the Clunes Booktown festival

We have stayed in these apartments the last two years. They are convenient to places to eat and the city centre. They are comfortable and clean and we will happily stay in them for future trips to Ballarat. The host is really approachable and makes sure that everything is ok. And a smallish thing but sleeping in pure cotton bed linen was fabulous.

I wasn’t able to get in touch with the lady that organised the timing of our stay. I tried via SMS to organise an extra day. So we stayed from 10th to 15th January instead of 10th to 14th. Cheers Tim

Property located in the middle of central Ballarat. Place was clean and comfortble. Only negatives were that the coffee machine didn't work and there is no wifi available at the property.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults and 1 child). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The heater had been turned on before our arrival, which was a lovely touch, as we were freezing when we finally got in! Ww enjoyed having a cozy base conveniently located for our outing to Sovereign Hill.
