We had a great stay in St. Loubes. It was the perfect base to stay and explore the Bordeaux area without being right in Bordeaux. The house is in a small town 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the wine regions of Saint-Émilion Medoc, and a little over an hours drive from the beaches of Arcachon. Of course, there is a train station nearby that can also take you to all these places as well. The hosts Chris and Paula were great to communicate with. They greeted us and showed us around the property when we arrived, and left us some food to get by for the day as we arrived Sunday afternoon. We quite enjoyed having breakfasts on the back patio and picking tomatoes, squash, and other veggies from the garden. The house is a very generous size and worked very well for our family of 4. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires lors de notre arrivée et qui reste joignable pour toute demande une fois installé dans le logement.Maison spacieuse, bien équipé, les 3 chambres sont idéal pour 5 personnes.Billard, jeux de fléchettes (dommage que ce n'est pas un électronique) Wifi, cour privée avec portail électrique.Le salon est grand et équipé d'une climatisation qui est très utile lors des grosses chaleur.La terasse est vraiment un atout surtout sans vis-à-vis.Plusieurs commerce a proximité. Nombreux châteaux a proximité.Cadre calme et reposant ce qui est très agréable.Idéal pour les familles.- Centre de Bordeaux a 25-30 min- Aéroport de Bordeaux Mérignac a 35-45min.

Descriptif de l'annonce conforme : maison individuelle dans une rue résidentielle, au calme, à 5-10' à pied du centre village et des commerces de proximité, à 10' de voiture des supermarchés. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, spacieuse, très propre, la famille Knibbs est très disponible et très réactive à toute demande d'infos. Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour dans cette maison et dans la région, tout était parfait.

Bonjour, Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cette jolie demeure qui rassemble tous les critères pour s'y sentir comme chez soit. Nous avons réservés cette maison pour 4 adultes et honnêtement nous étions à notre aise. Les pièces sont spacieuses, bien agencées et faites avec gout. Etant des citadins nous avons appréciés la tranquillité des lieux, ainsi que cette grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons passés de nombreux apéros. Les petits plus de cette maisons sont: la proximité de nombreuses activités, le portail électrique ( pas besoin de sortir de la voiture), et la climatisation dans le salon....

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de "Saint-Loubès Entre-deux-mers". La maison est très confortable et très agréable à vivre. Nous y avons séjourné à 3, mais elle est si spacieuse (quel salon!) que 5 personnes n'auraient pas été du tout à l'étroit. Nous avons passé de belles et calmes soirées d'été sur la terrasse. Tout l'équipement électroménager est disponible pour vous permettre de vous reposer au maximum, et si la chaleur est trop forte (une journée dans notre cas) la climatisation est là pour abaisser la température. La proximité de Bordeaux, des vignobles, de l'océan font de cette location un très bon choix. L'accueil téléphonique fût parfait, ainsi que l'accueil le jour de notre arrivée. Les multiples guides sur la région disponible dans la maison sont une mine d'information pour préparer visites et ballades ! Je recommande vivement cette location !
