About this property
A dog friendly 3 bedroom house for you and your dog only 200m to 7w dog beach.
Within walking distance to both Dawn Cafe (ex Cheeky Cow Café), Ocean Grove Hotel and 7W Collendina (dog) Beach you have no need for your car to get around!
A family friendly house that is fully secured so your 4 legged friend can also have a holiday with you. The kitchen is fully equipped even with its own Nespresso machine [pods to be supplied by guest]. Internet is also provided at no cost. New kitchen flooring, toilet and back decking has been installed November 2017. A new washing machine has also been added to the property.
The beach is a leisurely 4 min walk via a children's playground and yummy breakfast and coffee at Dawn Cafe (ex Cheeky Cow Café).
Woolworths supermarket and take away places are just up the road at Ocean Grove Village.
The main surf beach is a 5 min drive.
The house has a new reverse cycle heater/ air conditioner along with a gas wall heater. DVD's and board games are also available for guests use.
As the property is fully fenced with a secure back yard and front yard, 2 x dogs allowed at $50 per stay over 2 years old [$100 dog bond applies and prior approval]. This ensures your 4 legged friend will not go roaming and have a holiday and you save on boarding fees!
Guests bedroom allocation:
Bedroom 1 - King bed x 1
Bedroom 2 - 1 x king bed can be split into 2 x king singles if need. Please advise at time of booking if you wish to be split.
Bedroom 3 - Bunk with single top and double bottom.
Linens and bath towels provided.
Beach towels can be provided at request.
All doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow covers, mattress & pillow protectors are provided.
Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are also provided.
The house also has a porta cot available if needed at no extra cost. The kitchen has a new oven and plenty of cookware. Note their is no dishwasher.
The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The toilet is also separate located off from the laundry.
The front yard can safely have 2 cars parked securely with plenty of off street parking if needed.
Close by there are plenty of the Bellarine's top wineries along with the amazing Adventure Park [smaller version of QLD's water parks] that is for both young and old. The new TORNADO water slide.
Queenscliff is a 10 minute drive that has the ferry to Sorrento and you now have the Port Phillip ferry that travels from the Docklands to Portarlington that is also 10 minutes away.

A security bond of $400 is required to be held for the duration of your stay and released upon inspection of the property.
This is a family house. Strictly no parties. ‘Schoolies’ or ‘End of season’ groups are not able to be accommodated.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure aircon heater is left off.
If you have a dog please ensure all their poo is cleaned up. $100 dog clean fee if not done.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We live in Ocean Grove and have stayed at many short term locations to know how best to cater for you our guests.
Why they chose this property
The house is an original 1980’s brick house.
It received a full renovation in Dec 2024 with new carpet, paint, kitchen and laundry that now provides all that you need on your holiday.
It is very relaxing and homely as soon as you walk in.
The back yard gets the best afternoon sun and is in a location that is so close to the beach you can hear the waves of the ocean as you wake up.
The neighbourhood is quiet with very little road noise.
Lots of parks around and also a football oval around the corner.
