Super homely, plenty of space, and perfect location. The entire property is incredibly charming property. We had a group of 16 stay in the house and in the additional cabin directly next to the house with still plenty of space. The communication and hospitality from the host was also amazing. Would happily stay here again!
Great place for a winter getaway. Comfortable house, spacious lounge room with a nice fireplace and lot’s of wood. Chook yard and big back yard for the kids.
Nice and quiet location with plenty of wildlife to watch
Great place to sit on the deck and just watch all the local wildlife from rabbits to chickens to cocatoos to rainbow lorikeets to blue wrens and much more.
It was a great stay for my big family (17ppl). All the communication was very smooth from the start. The property was big, safe and private for our family. However, it is very close to all the wineries and beaches. Dunsborough town is only 10mins up the road. The kitchen is big and have all required items to cook up a big feast and serving dinner to my big family. Our kids had a great time playing on the grass, playing fetch with our dog and checking out the chickens.

A little disappointed
The advert stated a fire pit and tennis court. The fire pit was a pile of rubbish and the tennis court wasn’t set up. Lovely older style property with a great area to play for young kids. The rest of the property wasn’t well maintained for the price we paid. The cabin was unavailable unlike what the advert stated.
What an incredible Christmas we had staying at this property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay; plenty of space, a kitchen perfect for hosting/cooking, a wonderful veranda area which wraps around the property. Also had the added bonus of the half tennis court which provided hours of entertainment and also the other outdoor activities/games that are provided.
We also loved feeding the chickens and collecting the fresh eggs every day.
We can’t recommend this property highly enough! We would definitely look at staying here again when we are back down south!
Thank you!
Very easy access to a great property. Lounge, kitchen and deck worked really well. Half tennis court was a great bonus and we didn’t feel we had to be anywhere else (other than a dip at the beach). Bedrooms were very comfortable. We did find aircon in the bedrooms challenging but we were there in one of the hottest weeks in summer. The fresh eggs from the chook shed we’re a bonus and our dog loved the free space to play. Would definitely go again.
Our two families (& GrandParents for a couple of days) had the most wonderful time in this property. Beautifully presented, very comfortable and relaxed living. High end facilities, well-equipped kitchen, great recreational activities (we loved the half court tennis). Outdoor entertaining area was brilliant. The location is spot on, half way between Yallingup and Dunsborough. Wildlife everywhere. You'll love staying here.
A beautiful property and welcoming home greeted us and our two dogs. Completely secure for the pooches which meant lots of meandering walks around the property. So many little spaces have been created in the gardens to sit and reflect, with the chooks keeping us company and Benson keeping an eye over us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Country homestead with all of the modern conveniences.
Our family of five plus two dogs loved everything about our 3 night stay at the Yallingup Country Homestead. The place was immaculate on arrival with special touches such as personal slippers per guest and a bottle of wine left in the fridge. Sunset drinks on the incredible deck and collecting the eggs from the chickens before breakfast were just two of the many highlights of our stay. The added fact that our two dogs were able to holiday with us was an added bonus. Great location, 3 minutes from Yallingup and five minutes from Dunsborough, but felt like hours from anywhere. We will be back for sure.
