Miss Martha - Beachside Holiday House

Create memories for your family in a charming beachside home. This spacious property has direct access to bushland reserve and is an easy walk to the beach and Mt Martha village. A double-storey home in a tranquil, tree-lined, family-friendly neighbourhood, this is a perfect location for a fun-filled family holiday on the Mornington Peninsula.

Miss Martha has plenty of room for the family to spread out. Downstairs has a lounge room, kitchen and dining with doors opening to a large wrap-around deck. Upstairs has a huge rumpus room for the kids. Two bedrooms downstairs, two upstairs, and a king day-bed and a double sofa bed in the rumpus room.

You'll have access to the whole property (garage excluded). Cubby house, swings and trampoline for the kids. Port-a-cot and high chair available upon request.

Great family holiday stay

Highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids. Endless options throughout the house, very well set up and stocked, our son just loved playing with everything. Great location in the heart of Mornington and Mt Martha.

Home away from home

The property had everything including accommodation and facilities that a family could need, in comfortable and beautiful surroundings. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and backed onto bushland and reserves, making for relaxed evening drinks and meals on the porch. The managers couldn't have been more helpful. We had a wonderfully relaxed stay.

wonderful holiday

The house is ideally located just a short walk to either the Mt Martha Nth beach or to the boardwalk and then to the Sth Beach/Mt Martha village. The house is in a quiet court and is ideal for large families with plenty of room in and outside of the house for kids to play. The house was in excellent condition and the owners were very prompt in helping with any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

The pictures probably don’t do the house justice. Spacious, flexible accommodation in a brilliant location. Well equipped and the house is perfect for children to play both inside and outside. Communication was brilliant right from the start and the stay exceeded our expectations - thank you!!
