Blairgowrie sweet retreat
Beautiful beach house set in a quiet street only 10 minutes walk to the front beach at Blairgowrie. Parking for three cars and a boat if necessary. There is a lovely tree filled garden front and back. Three bedrooms which include two bedrooms downstairs with en-suites and a huge 5.5m square teenage retreat bedroom with two double beds and a queen. Two TV areas and a gazebo outside for summer outdoor dining with BBQ. Air conditioning, heating and a wood stove for winter. Outside shower to wash off the sand has hot water, great for the cooler days.
Pet friendly. Has a fabulous cat enclosure with access from inside the house. Doesn't have a back gate but there is a dog beach five minutes away which allows dogs all year around, although needing to be on the lead during peak times.
Perfect for a large family or two families with kids all happy to share the big bedroom upstairs.
Linen provided are doonas for five beds including covers and pillows. You will need to bring towels, pillow cases and sheets. All linen can be provided for the five beds for an extra charge.
