About this property

Sunny, well appointed bach for you to enjoy. Just minutes walk to the beach

The house has 2 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 5 people. Main bedroom has a queen bed second room queen with single bunk above.
Third bedroom is a sleepout with queen bed which is approx 3mtrs from the back door entry. Should you wish to use this area there is an additional charge of $30.00 per night. Maximum number for sleeping at property is 7.
Good size open plan kitchen, living and dining .
There is a large lawn area at the front of the property with a trampoline in the corner. The property opens out through bifold doors to a paved outdoor area great for alfressco dining . The property is safe for family of all ages as it is fully fenced and flat section. There is access from the back of the property into the Waitaere forest, including plenty of play areas for children, along with walking /cycling tracks.
The property has sky TV including sky sport.
Separate shower and toilet, including a second outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after the beach.
This bach is fully double glazed and insulated so cosy and warm in all weather.
Heatpump for heating or cooling depending on your needs
Washing machine located in bathroom.
Gas infinity hot water and gas BBQ available for guests use
Property is on Waitarere bore water .

Nice place. Massive lawn with good fencing and has a gate to the forest which has an interesting playground. Just down the road from the beach. Would recommend to anyone but especially if you have kids.

We loved staying here perfect beach getaway it is so well stocked both inside and out its so clean and a real suntrap. we walked along the beach everyday then up to 4 square and home then lay in the fabulous loungers cant wait to stay again

We purchased this property when our first grandchild arrived and within 2 1/2 years we had 5 grandsons, followed closely by 2 granddaughters.
They all love being at the beach, even now when all the boys are teenagers.
To date we have had many family fun times here and look forward to many more.

Why they chose this property

We love Waitarere, with the beach, forest, playgrounds, close to both Levin & Foxton for other amenities such as swimming pools & shopping, as well as the Manawatu, Horowhenua & Kapiti areas. Only 1.1/4 hrs to the capital city Wellington
