The Courtyards at Sunshine Beach - Pet-Friendly

Beautifully appointed pet-friendly townhouse right in the heart of Sunshine Beach offering easy access to everything, and only a short drive to Noosa Heads. Over three levels, Townhouse No6 is perfect for couples, or two couples sharing, with the Master king bedroom on the upper floor and an adjoining ensuite. The second queen bedroom is located on the lower floor with its own adjoining bathroom; this floor also providing excellent laundry facilities.

What makes The Courtyards unique? Well there is plenty of outside living over two levels. The main ground level is home to a very well equipped kitchen, with main refrigerator as well as a bar fridge. Great cooking appliances throughout, and a barbecue available outside. There are both internal and external table settings to suit the wonderful Noosa climate. All areas open out to the courtyard space, whether from the kitchen or from the lounge zone.

There is a communal swimming pool onsite, but the patrolled beach is just a short stroll away, as are the quality restaurants, coffee shop, deli, mini supermarket, bottle shop, hairdressing and cafes. The Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club is close by offering great food and drink and stunning views to the ocean.

Nice Beach Property

We enjoyed our week at this well appointed accommodation with thoughtful touches like many books to read. The beds are comfortable, AC works well and it has enough plates, glasses and crockery. It is an easy walk to Sunshine beach, shops and restaurants. The property could be improved with a little updating; by including furniture suitable to lounge on outside, as there is very little around the pool and some maintenance on oven door and kitchen drawers. Also be aware that the secure parking is suitable for small car only.

Lovely short stay with family for Wedding, close walking distance to surf club and beach. Property was clean on surface. Only a couple of improvement comments. Bathroom downstairs needs mould removed and aired. Fan upstairs bedroom requires a dust to be removed. Overall lovely townhouse, would stay again.

Relaxing visit to the Sunshine Beach

My mum and I spent Christmas at this beautiful property and despite the weather dampening the festive spirit, the property was cosy, well equipped and perfect for staying in. Paul was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Noosa, the property is in a great location and was perfect for our little get away we loved staying here and will definitely be back again!! Paul is a wonderful property manager, very easy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Hot Dusty and Disappointing

Make sure you pack a box of Telfast if you stay at this property as it is very dusty. We spent 4 hours cleaning and washing the linen and the dishes were put away dirty. Only 1 air conditioning unit in the master bedroom so it was really hot. The outside umbrella was broken the oven door was broken, the couch was ripped and smelt like sweat and cigarettes. There was no DVD player, no cable TV, no bar fridge and no tongs. The outdoor furniture was old and dirty - don’t be fooled by the photos. Overall extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

Relaxing break with fur babies

The property is pet friendly and has a safe courtyard for small dogs. It was a relief to be able to bring our fur babies and enjoy a break away, visiting the beach and local attractions. Highly recommended.
