House beautifully decorated, ideal for families with 2-3 children or 2 couples with or without children.

Rental classified furnished tourism 3 stars (prefecture of Morbihan).

In a residence of terraced houses with its pedestrian walkways, you will be out of sight and wind in the small garden at the back of the rental.

You can access the beach on foot 200m, as well as a playground for children, a mini-golf and a sailing school.
You can relax in the thalassotherapy center facing the sea 500m.
500m you will find the small port that joins, by boat, Le Pouldu. Several restaurants, bar-tabac and a children's riding school are located close to the port, and a hire jet skis, canoes, kayaks, quads and bikes.

You have 12 km of cycle tracks appointed throughout the coast, beautiful walks to discover or near the river (LaĂŻta) or coast or countryside edge.

By car, you are 20 minutes from Lorient, 5 minutes Guidel (all shops: Supermarket, pharmarcie, doctors ...).

Ideally located on the border between Morbihan and FinistĂšre, you can visit the port of Doelan, Pont Aven, cited painters, Concarneau and its closed city, Quimper and its beautiful city center (3/4 hour); In Morbihan you will find the zoo of Pont Scorff (700 animals), Lorient and its Interceltic festival in August, the city of Vannes and its historic center, Hennebont and its citadel, the magnificent Gulf of Morbihan ... etc

Quiet and cosy

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my mum for a week. It's in a quiet area that's a short walk from the beach, and it's a reasonably short distance from basic amenities as well. The surrounding area and towns within a short drive were fabulous too. Well worth spending your time here.

A quiet comfortable house located near the sea which is well equipped and has a garden.

The owners met us as agreed and showed us around the house and all the facilities and how to use them. Lovely bottle of cold cider in fridge on arrival. House is very well equipped and in a quiet area. House was cool to return to after the hot days we had whilst there. A short walk to the beach and some local restaurants. Sea view from back up stair windows. A neat little garden with garden furniture and sun awning. Washing machine and extra fridge in out building. Large fridge indoors along with microwave and a small grill / oven. Induction hob. Seating area was good for the two of us but may be tight for more people with some extra chairs available. Wi fi was good. Parking is a short distance from house. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. We took our own bedding and towels. Good location to visit places in the area. Lots of good beaches around too besides the local one. Super U supermarket was good to use - need a car to get there as to the local town.Would recommend this property.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr nett. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und mehrere Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Die Gegend um Guidel ist fĂŒr einen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

GemĂŒtliches, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Den Garten haben wir aufgrund des kĂŒhlen Wetters kaum genutzt, aber auch dort wĂ€re alles vorhanden gewesen: Grill, StĂŒhle und Tisch, sogar Roller und noch ein zweiter KĂŒhlschrank im GartenhĂ€uschen. Leider war nur das Kochgeschirr etwas schmierig und auch im Bad war es nicht ganz sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, allerdings war die VerstĂ€ndigung aufgrund unserer mangelnden Französisch-Kenntnisse etwas schwierig.Bedanken möchten wir uns fĂŒr die netten Aufmerksamkeiten: eine gekĂŒhlte Flasche Cidre, eine gefĂŒllte Wasserkaraffe, bretonisches GebĂ€ck und eine Dose Sardinen standen fĂŒr uns bereit. Der Strand von Guidel ist sehr schön, allerdings hatten wir uns die nĂ€here Umgebung von Guidel-Plage etwas schöner und belebter vorgestellt.

Petite maison dans résidence trÚs calme prÚs de la mer.

Il s'agit d'une petite maison dans une allée un peu éloignée de la route (mais on peut y accéder en voiture pour décharger). Le style des équipements est moderne. La cuisine est bien équipée, une ou deux bonnes poëles en plus auraient été bien. Il y a un petit jardin trÚs sympa avec un abri contenant BBQ et quelques jeux comme un babyfoot. La mer est à quelques pas, le village est agréable. Il y a des terrains de tennis trÚs proches. La résidence est trÚs calme.

Perfektes HĂ€uschen

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einer kleinen Siedlung Ă€hnlicher FerienhĂ€user. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man an den weitlĂ€ufigen und naturbelassenen Strand gelaufen. Im Haus selber ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und man fĂŒhlt sich vom ersten Moment an einfach wohl. Der kleine Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe und man ist, trotz Reihenhaus, ganz fĂŒr sich. Die Vermieter sind ĂŒberaus freundlich und die Übergabe verlief trotz Sprachproblemen (nur französisch) unkompliziert. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem fantastischen HĂ€uschen uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Un séjour à renouveler !

Un intĂ©rieur adaptĂ© Ă  tous nos besoins et faisant l'objet d'une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e. A l'extĂ©rieur tout est Ă©galement prĂ©vu pour profiter des vacances : jardin, table ombragĂ©e, barbecue... L'environnement est trĂšs calme, du fait de la conception mĂȘme de la rĂ©sidence, rejetant Ă  l'extĂ©rieur toute circulation automobile. L'immense plage est trĂšs proche et pour les plus courageux de belles marches en perspective !

Sauberes, kleines ReihenhÀuschen in StrandnÀhe

FĂŒr 11 Tage verbrachten wir (Paar mit zwei erwachsenen ‚Kindern‘) einen Großteil unserer sehr schönen Bretagnereise in Guidel als GĂ€ste von Alain und Maryse. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, dennoch verkehrsgĂŒnstig, um AusflĂŒge in das sĂŒdliche FinistĂšre und Morbihan zu machen (Quimper, Douarnenez, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Île aux Moines, Vannes, Lorient usw.). Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die komplette, vielseitige Ausstattung sowie die hĂŒbsche Terrasse und der kleine, ruhige Garten. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer misst ca. 140x200 cm, was fĂŒr großgewachsene Personen (wie mich, 1,90, 84kg) gerade noch ok ist. Der sehr hĂŒbsche und lang ausgedehnte Strand ist zu Fuß rasch zu erreichen. Alain spricht ein gut verstĂ€ndliches Französisch und erklĂ€rt als perfekter Gastgeber mit viel Geduld jedes Detail des Hauses (auf Wunsch). Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können sowohl die Gastgeber, als auch die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Merci beaucoup encore une fois, Alain et Maryse, pour votre hospitalitĂ© et confiance! Tout Ă©tait comme nous l‘avion imaginĂ©. :-)

Schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben in dem Haus einen schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt fußlĂ€ufig zu mehreren schönen StrĂ€nden, auch Restaurants sind erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 4km entfernt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben auf Französisch kommuniziert.
