Excellent home, accommodates 15 people, pool, barbecue, 04 rooms and 02 suites, large living room, 03 hammocks for rest, kitchen and all necessary utensils. Bar, fridge, large frezzer. 02 floors. House of little use we rent only a few times a year. Kitchen oven, pizza oven. Waterfall in the pool. 02 rooms with air conditioning. Located 5 blocks from the cove beach. House wide.

Casa muito boa

Casa muito boa, localizada , limpa, caseiro limpa a piscina. Porém detalhes como 2 portas (do fundo e lateral não fecham) portão automático para fechar o cadeado não tinha chave. Mas não tivemos nenhum problema mesmo com esses contra tempos. Tomada da cozinha não está adequado com eletrodomésticos de 3 pontas, não pude usar minha airfryer. Pela casa com tomadas soltas e sem espelhos. E não são 4 suítes como no anúncio 2 suítes em cima e os dois quartos de baixo compartilham um Banheiro, ou seja na parte de baixo só um banheiro. Uma suíte de cima com banheiro vidro box quebrado e colchão de casal péssimo. E não tem espreguiçadeira e rede como na foto.

Confesso que quando loquei a casa e vi ,muitas avaliações negativas ,fiquei com um pouco de medo e receio, mais ao chegar na casa ,me deparei com tudo, limpo e organizado, caseiro senhor Raimundo muito atencioso e prestativo, proprietária Sandra tbm prestativa e atenciosa, nossa estadia foi agora do dia 08 ao dia 16 de janeiro ,e foram 8 dias muito bons só agradecimentos 🙏 Quero ressaltar aqui aos comentários negativos, a casa é usada e não nova ,então sempre terá algum reparo ou algo que não agradará a todos Para mim tudo perfeito ok 🙏

Nossa estadia foi ótima, a casa é próxima a praia, nos acolheu muito bem. Passamos poucos dias, mas tudo o que precisamos tivemos acesso.

Ruim

A casa em si é muito boa, grande, espaçosa e estava bem limpa. Mas muito mal cuidada. Vidros quebrados na sala, banheiro. Box do banheiro sem porta. As camas dos quartos não poderiam ser piores. Estavam quebradas. Sentei na cama e a cama desmoronou. Isso porque meu peso é 53 kg. Tem duas geladeiras, mas não gelam quase nada. O forno do fogão é péssimo tb. A única TV que funcionava, parou de funcionar. Chamamos o caseiro e ele tb não conseguiu resolver. A área externa tb é bem espaçosa. Enfim, a casa tinha tudo para ser ótima, se fosse melhor cuidada. Um relaxo total.
