The was a great location and condo. Yes, there was construction during our stay, however, there was very minimal noise. The condos will only get better, as over the next month or so I was told that all the stairs and deck boards were going to be replaced as well as all the landscaping and watering systems.The proximity to the bay was fantastic (50 yards or less). The interior of the condo was very well decorated with local flair and a beach vibe. Well stocked with everything you could ask for, but who cooks when there are so many great restaurants nearby.I would stay here again if ever in the area! Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven on the beach.

Amazing Peaceful Beach Vacation

We love this property and location! We will be coming back next year! It was so amazing every morning to wake up and see the bay and sand out the bedroom slider. Right out the sliding door is the beautiful white sand and bay. The unit was very nice to stay in and clean. The Gulf of Mexico is right across the street easy to access. This place feels like home away from home. The host and property manager was very helpful and got back to us right away to answer our questions and extended our stay another 2 nights per our request. The unit is in great shape and it was a very quiet, peaceful stay.

DUMP

Place is an outdated old condo that hasn’t been touched up or maintained in far too long and most of it is falling apart, literally! The place was filthy upon our arrival. There were construction crews working all day every day shoring up sagging balconies and walkways that are rotting. It’s a dump! Don’t waste your money on this place. The pictures don’t tell the story. Location was the only thing we appreciated about our stay! You’d be better off staying at the holiday inn down the road and saving your money.

Family Get-A-Way

Our family has been coming to the Pensacola Beach area for 30+ years. Absolutely LOVE the area! We typically stay on the ocean side with our whole crew. This time...only 3 were able to come on this trip. My husband & son wanted to do some fishing. I thought I had found a bargain with this property. Nope...we got exactly what we paid for. Everything was extremely dated...like 25 years or older for all the small and major appliances, cookware, furnishings...etc. I believe/hope everything was clean...but when things appear worn, dingy, dated...sometimes it's hard to tell. Overall we actually did enjoy our stay. The property is in a GREAT location and they layout of the property was good. Gutting/updating this property would be a great advantage. I think it could consistently be rented out if it were brought up to date like many of the other properties in the area. We would definitely give it another try if it were renovated. My review isn't all bad...nor all good...just honest/constructive criticism.

Convenient with small children

The convenience of the condo for children is second to none. We went for spring break with our two kids, ages 3 and 6. Being able to walk right out to the water made this trip great. There were also beach chairs available and a kayak, which we were so thankful for bc the water was still chilly mid April. Water was pretty clear overall though. Lots of hermit crabs! And not crowded at all. I did unfortunately find several large pieces of glass on the beach, so I was thankful I had my children in swim shoes. We loved the beach so much, we did not use the pool at all, though it appeared clean and well kept. Gulf Beach access was directly across the street. If you have a wagon, the walk is easy with kids. Might be harder for older adults though even though it is a very short distance, right across a two way street that was hardly busy. Peg Leg Pete’s is technically in walking distance also, but we drove there bc it was too far for my 62 year old Mom. Overall, the condo is a little dated. All the condos in that section are. There were several balconies being updated by construction workers, probably just due to age. But the area was quiet and clean, and we felt safe there. It also took a little while for the AC to cool the second floor. Other than that, it was a great trip for us. The convenience with small children was the best part.

Perfect location!

We can’t say enough good about this condo! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, condo was very clean. Location was perfect- right outside the back door was a semi-private beach, there was a shed filled with water toys, chairs, life vests etc! Also covered parking was a bonus. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Location to restaurants was a short 3 minute drive. We can’t wait to return.

Great waterfront location!

We had an amazing stay at Chris's place. We had an unexpected change in travel plans, and we reached out to Chris very last minute to see if we could possibly check in a day earlier. Chris responded quickly (on a holiday!) and worked with us to make our request happen. This was such a lifesaver for us! We loved the condo, and the location simply can't be beat. It is located on its own private beach on the sound side, which our 2 year old grand-daughter absolutely loved. And it's less than a 5 minute walk across the street to the ocean. We loved having our meals on the porch overlooking the water. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and we loved that both bedrooms had their own private bathroom. We loved everything about our stay here. Thank you for everything, Chris!

Amazing vacation spot!

Really wonderful beach condo steps away from the bay and just across the street from the gulf. Very comfortable living room, dining area and bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware and towels. The decor was pleasing and we especially loved the watercolor picture in the dining area. It was great to have a table and chairs on the balcony to use during good weather and the hanging swing outside on the covered lower level was nice for the few occasions when it rained. If there is one thing I might suggest to change it's adding a shade to the large window on the front door. Overall, this was a much-needed vacation and we would choose this place again!
