❌ Disappointing Stay—Severe Health Hazard & Abysmal Service We checked into this condo for a short 4-day, 3-night getaway and were incredibly disappointed. Our first morning, we discovered black mold on the bedroom ceiling, and it was clear the unit had not been properly cleaned. As someone with a diagnosis of asthma and reactive airway disease, sleeping in that environment caused an immediate flare-up. Thankfully, I had both of my inhalers with me, but I was forced to sit out on the balcony to get clean air for hours while a new unit was being arranged. Beyond the health risk, the customer service from Elliott Realty was unacceptable. We had to wait an additional full day just to hear back from management concerning a partial refund. My husband had to make 7 separate phone calls just to get them to issue a meager, single-night refund. Between all of the packing, moving, and endless phone tag, we were left with only one single full day to actually enjoy our trip—all while I was left not feeling wonderful following the mold exposure. I do not like to complain, but I would never want anyone else, especially someone with health vulnerabilities, to experience what we went through. I am extremely disappointed with Elliott Realty's total lack of quality control and lack of urgency. We will never stay at one of their properties again.

Very dog friendly.

We enjoyed our time. The property needs updating-the pools especially. But the heated ones were a nice plus. It was very dog friendly with waste bags along a walking path. The beds were relatively comfortable and clean when we arrived. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean so we washed them all before use. Microwave does not work. Over all, we’d stay again because we’ve stayed in worse.

Relaxing

We just loved how the beach and pool was so easy to get too. The whole experience was awesome. Did not care for the check in at a different location. How we had to wait for our towels to be delivered after being there for three hours after a long drive. The code to get in was a little difficult, a lot of other visitors also complained about how difficult it was to figure out the door codes . Go back to the key swipe .or different code locks .

Booked a week in June. Really enjoyed our stay! Location is 100% perfect! Multiple pools, kiddie pools, and hot tjne, both indoor and outdoor. Live musical acts on the pool deck daily. This condo has a washer and dryer, which was important to us. It is a side view of the ocean, but I promise it's just as good as directly facing, because it is so close to the ocean. You can see for miles and miles, down the beach. Elevator is fast. Parking garage is just a few steps away. There were always spots available. We had 2 adults, 3 teen girls, and a toddler with us, and there was plenty of room with two beds in the bedroom, pull out sofa, and a very comfy Murphy bed. Mattresses were great. I had everything I needed to cook meals. A+!!
