Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Listing doesn't match reality (not 4 bed 2 bath)
Beware! This listing uses very old photos and there are NOT 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (nor the number of beds listed per room). One bedroom is filled with extra supplies and owner's items); the other toilet was unplugged, uncleaned, and had no sink, just an empty hole where the sink used to be. The overhead shot of the yard in the listing is from decades ago (it is all overgrown, trash in the yard, and unmaintained with no water flowing through the landscaping features as pictured in the listing).
The 1 working toilet had a constant leak and the whole house had the scent of mildew. Despite keeping the windows fully closed, dozens of stinkbugs/beetles found their way through the window frames nightly.
Management was responsive to our complaints via email but could only say they "apologized for the inconvenience." The house instructions were also outdated as well, with information for a different brand of washing machine and other instructions stated that you "could not drink the kitchen water without boiling it." We were very confused and didn't believe management when they told us that the kitchen had since been updated to tap water. Electrical outlets weren't working in the main bedroom either.
This place could be a gem with its river location but needs a lot more maintenance and shows signs of neglect. It shouldn't be rented until it is fixed. VRBO has been completely unresponsive as well - they don't care once they have your money.
