Updates for Spring 2025 include updated kitchen and new Washer and Dryer. Enjoy great canal waterway views in this lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home! Experience breathtaking views of the canal leading to the Intracoastal Waterway and vast Marshlands. This beach house is located on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic within a short walk of the beach. Beach access is down the  street located between 567 & 569 Ocean Blvd West. Be sure to bring your boat, kayak or fishing poles for a convenient and relaxing day on the water! Enjoy our new 26 foot floating dock that accommodates large and small size boating vessels and watercraft. The home offers a great space for outdoor relaxing and entertaining, including 2 beautiful covered porches with plenty of deck chairs for family and friends. The spacious backyard on the waterway is a great place for kids to play, and offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, new Polywood outdoor furniture, and an oversized deck overlooking the canal. Convenient hot and cold outside shower with dressing area at ground level.

Inside you will find an open floor plan that includes high ceilings and 3 large sliding glass doors that capture the beautiful views of canal living. The newly updated kitchen overlooks the canal and is fully stocked for meal preparations. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor covered porch that is perfect for outdoor dining. The canal home features hardwood flooring, tasteful decor, and stainless steel appliances. Central Air and ceiling fans throughout, 4 new Smart TV's. One in each bedroom and one in the living room, WIFI, and Netflix. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor for your convenience. For those who enjoy outdoor living with plenty of privacy and relaxation, this is the perfect location for you and your family!

Canal house is the way to go

Property was well maintained and updated. New appliances and easy to access. I would have liked some ceiling fans on the back deck as when the sun set it was very warm and we were there the week before Memorial Day. Galley kitchen was a big too crowded for families that want to cook together but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Well maintained and a close walk to the beach.

Nice house and peaceful property

We had a great stay while at Holden Beach. A short walk to the beach and very nice having the canal in the backyard for peaceful evenings on the relaxing back porch. The house was comfortable and clean. The only problems we experienced were not having a dishwasher the whole stay because it was broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed before we left. The shower was also broken when we arrived but was fixed the next day. I would also strongly suggest expanding the kitchen cookware and utensils. We actually went out and bought a few things that we needed for meals we prepared and ended up leaving them for those that may need them after us. Overall though the house was nice and we had a wonderful weeklong stay in Holden Beach!

Grandson said, "This is the best house!"

This is a good house for a range of ages. One of my grandchildren is 2 (doesn't fit in any of the age categories listed above!), and we were glad to have the fenced in back yard to keep him from throwing himself in the water. My oldest grandson loved fishing from the dock, and we could watch him from the porch. If you have young children, be careful on the porch. though. It has lattice railing, making it easy for a child to climb. None of the 3 kids complained about the 1/4 mile walk to the beach, which we did frequently back and forth. Even the 2-year-old happily walked the whole way. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We liked the house and the location enough to rent it two years in a row.

Great location. Close to beach with easy access and loved the dock access to the canal. Not meant to be negative, but could add some things to make the stay more convenient. More cooking utensils. Another shelf in frig. Towel racks in bathrooms. Downstairs shower is small, but not much that can easily done with that.
