Inaccurate description, poorly maintained
Well, the aesthetics of this property were very nice, but the basics were just not there. There is a “kitchen” but the stove top range is taken apart, and not functional, there is a plastic liner and microwave sitting on top of what was the stove, and a mini fridge. The water pressure in the sink is almost nonexistent and it drips. When I contacted the owner and complained about the stove range not being functional, as the property was advertised to have one, she did reimburse me some money to accommodate having to buy different groceries. She stated that the oven itself was functional, but I did not feel safe using it with the plastic liner and microwave on top of it. The mattress felt like a futon mattress and one of the pillows was actually two couch pillows stuffed into one pillowcase. The laundry room had a leak in the roof so when it rained the floor was soaking wet. The condition of the ceiling in there meant it was obvious that this is an ongoing problem for the property.
The bathroom has been nicely remodeled, the location is fantastic, but I would only recommend this property if you do not need the kitchen, and you are only staying a couple of nights.
