Perfect location near downtown and costal trail. Unit is as pictured and clean and comfortable. Time checked in to ensure we were satisfied and gave great suggestions for activities and restaurants.
We selected the property because it was close to everything downtown. Kitchen was great and the dishwasher a definite plus.
The hairdryer was missing but the property manager promptly got one for us. The bathroom needed a little attention specifically the toilet bowl. It’s also time to replace the shower curtain.
This is the best location and spot to stay at while in Anchorage. The home was clean and it met all of our expectations. Definitely would return to this spot
Apartment was very clean and sunny, whatever we needed was there. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
As for Evolve, I needed to add another night’s stay and contacted them via access they provide, actually contacted a couple of times, but no response, so I had to made a hotel reservation for that last night. Several weeks later they contacted me, they had been busy, so make sure you don’t have to make adjustments.

Great location and nice place!
It was almost five stars. The pull out ottoman wasn't very comfortable to sleep on for my friend, so this property might be better for 2 people since there is only one bed. The couch and pull out ottoman is fine for some travelers, just make sure if someone sleeps on it they do not have a sensitive back. The location is great and the space was clean. The contact was very responsive. It is very close to a popular coffee shop/restaurant and walkable to downtown anchorage and other walking paths by the ocean.

The stay was very nice and clean. The contact person was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive. The bed was nice. We stayed as a group of 3, but if travelers have a sensitive back the couch/fold out ottoman might not be the best with a group of more than 2. A group of 1-2 would have a better sleep option with the one bed. The area felt safe, and we could walk to a coffee shop and restaurant only 5 minutes away. You can see the ocean from the front of the house and one of the first historical houses built in Anchorage. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to Relax
This was my second time staying at this location, previously I had stayed downstairs in another cozy unit. The location is great, far enough away from people, close to the water, secluded, yet shopping is near enough to be very convenient. The beds are very comfortable, amenities are provided, washer/dryers on both floors. Very clean, friendly owners, cozy and quiet building. I hope to stay again traveling though Anchorage if possible.
Great spot to sleep while visiting Anchorage. Easy walk to downtown. Had the basic amenities for making a simple breakfast. The property owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with.
