A great centrally located base for your Alaska Adventure!

The condo features numerous updates and amenities. Located in the desirable Baxter Heights neighborhood, a quiet safe community near two elementary schools surrounded by parks & hiking trails, with access to Cheney Lake and Baxter bog walking trail. Very close to the Hospitals, UAA and JBER's Boniface & Muldoon Gates. Short drive to down town or Ted Stephens International Airport. Easy access to the Glen Highway and your Alaskan Adventure.

Recently updated open concept 2 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 6 with private balcony.
The master is equipped with a queen beed. The extra bedroom hosts twin bunk bed, desk, large reading pillow, and toy bin. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa which includes a memory foam mattress topper for the larger families or groups. A pack in play and child's cot are also available and tucked under the master beed for small children and babies. Blinds and blackout curtains throughout to block the Alaskan "midnight sun" and ensure a great night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking. There is a high chair and booster in the closet for small children. Coin operated laundry available, lower cost than the laundry mats.

High speed WiFi is provided but cable TV is no longer available in Anchorage. A TV with local channels (30+) is provided along with a DVD player and some random movies. The TV is able to connect to WiFi and you are welcome to log in to you own streaming service accounts.

Condo is throughly cleaned between guests.

Other things to note:
I own the entire building and lease the other 3 condos to long term tenants. You are allotted 2 parking spaces designated by the orange cone. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am. No smoking or vaping on property this includes tobacco and marijuana products. It is encouraged but not required to load and start the dishwasher and strip the bed at checkout.

Nice property. enjoyed the stay . Only the problem was with address unit number was not mentioned. Building was mentioned this building has 4 units. Unit number was missing i have to call owner to get unit number.

Great location, nice place

This property is located nearby some nice neighborhoods, was completely quiet outside while we were there. We had the windows open to enjoy the cool air and never was a problem. The place is clean, well appointed and was a good value based on the other properties in the area we were comparing to. Easy check in as the door is operated by a code. The only thing that I would say should change in the ad is the mention of the “deck”. Yes, there is one but it overlooks the dilapidated property next door. Didn’t bother us as we were plenty busy and didn’t have to sit out there. Also note / there is no in-unit laundry. It probably says that in the ad but I didn’t notice. Also wasn’t a problem for us. Right up the street is a park with a large pond that is stocked with trout. I fished up there every morning.

Quaint and tidy
