Great Guest! I would love to host again. Quiet, respectful, clean and kind.
This was perfect for our family. We used it as our main hub. Took a day trip to Seward and a two day trip to Denali. Then a few places around Anchorage. The kitchen is set with what you need to make meals. Plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans etc. We were very comfortable and had a great time spending time with family here.
Our family of five enjoyed this home.. it completely met our needs and was in a great neighborhood location to explore the Anchorage area. Having laundry was super helpful after hiking, etc communication with hosts was easy and quick! Would definitely recommend

Thanks Caroline. We look forward to hosting you again one day.
Had a fabulous time visiting our family and sight seeing at Talkeetna, Hatcher’s Pass, Willow Iditarod Museum. Next time Valdez family.
Definitely and would recommend staying here again. Thank you
This was a perfect place for my husband and I and our 2 kids to stay while visiting Anchorage. Great location. Super easy to get to and close to food/grocery places. Very clean and modern looking. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
My family and I stayed for 4 nights. This house was in a lovely neighborhood and had everything we needed during our stay. We had activities booked in Palmer, Seward, and Anchorage and this house was great to come back to after a full day of driving and sightseeing.
This property was very charming with view of the mountains. It was in a not so great neighborhood but we didnt spend much time at the house. It was a perfect location for home base while we explored the beautiful state of Alaska not far from town, shoping or restaurants. The owner was very responsive and offered great suggestions of what to see and where to eat! Overall was a great trip!
Everything was easy from booking to checking in and checking out. It was close enough to walk to the Far North Bicentennial Trail, which was great for XC Skiing. The place was spacious, and it was nice to have everything we needed for our stay.
The hosts were great at answering all of questions, and the information provided before we arrived was thorough and well thought out.
I'd highly recommend this VRBO for your Alaskan adventure.
We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay. It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and to visit family and this provided a convenient location to get to anywhere in Anchorage. The only down side was one shower with 6 people. Overall it was a fine property.

Thank you. You were great guests. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Wish we could have ordered up some better weather for you.
The place was perfect for our needs. The full bath toilet was sketchy at times Wish trash days were posted. Our trash built up very quickly. Location was great kitchen was nicely equipped
This home was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We ate several meals in and had all the cookware to do so and there were two grocery stores very nearby. Having a washer and dryer helped us to pack lighter and still have everything we needed each day on our adventures. The home was exactly as described. Communication with the host was great and entry was easy. I was very pleased with our stay and would gladly stay there again anytime.
This was the lower unit so it was a bit dark but very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There’s a great pay it forward food area which we added to. Thank you!
Great place and communication with the owners was great except for 1 problem, the code to get in. They had changed it, but did not update there check in info. A simple call to the owners, and we were in. thanks, it was just as described..

Thanks for your understanding on that one. Replaced the lock, but forgot one important step. Glad your stay was a good one. Safe Travels.
This is a very convenient location to services while being close to the mountains and walking/biking trails as well. Our kids were able to ride their bikes to their friend's house, the trails and bike park. It's just off of a main road which is super convenient to go in any direction needed. We had an issue connecting to the wi-fi; however, the host was right on it to give me the updated network name. Easy-peasy!The only caveat for us (and this really isn't a big deal at all) was I wish there were a door stop for the sliding bathroom door in one of the bedrooms. I preferred it to be open when not in use, so I used a small towel, however, it took some tries to keep it in one place each and every time it was used. I have extra doorstops and will bring one to leave the next time we rent this place out :) We would love to make this the place for our new annual trip to see family in Anchorage!

Would love to have you again. I’ll
be sure to get that door to stay open. Thanks for the suggestion.
Everything about this property was as advertised. Lots of space, absolutely clean, about 15 min. drive from downtown, good beds etc. The neighborhood is sort of a transition area and within a few miles there were many fast food choices but not much else. Being foodies we found ourselves heading downtown to eat. Plenty choices there. Our exit surprise was finding beautiful lilies and other flowers against the kitchen wall of the house--nice:) For a 3 bedroom need and to avoid the high costs of staying downtown, we would choose this property again:)
We had a very pleasant day at this property. The listing matched the property. Minor inconveniences during our stay. The main bathroom tub is very slippery and we purchased a bathmat to avoid any accidental falls. The air conditioner was functioning, the large room in the rear with the TV was a lot warmer than the other rooms and we had to keep the fan on to be comfortable. Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi with the information that was provided however, we were on vacation so this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, the property was very satisfactory and I would stay here again. Thank you.
