A Turtle View, sitting gulf front on Cape San Blas, is one of the most luxurious properties on our rental program. This property was just built and professionally decorated with the vacation renter in mind. With fine finishings and décor, there was no stone left unturned. As a special touch, each of the four bedrooms is gulf front and they each have their own entrance onto a gulf front deck. Two of the four bedrooms are luxurious masters with gorgeous master baths. A few of the extras include a community pool just a short walk away, a finished half bath outside under the house for quick access from the beach, a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a mud room and elevator. There are many glass doors and windows throughout this home giving it a bright and open feel. This is truly beach living at its finest. If you have a large crowd, you can also rent the property next door A Turtle Watch.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking; finished half bath, outdoor shower and foyer with mud room. 1st level-gulf front living space with a furnished deck that stretches across the front, kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV, DVD, and Bedroom 1-a master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD and a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and shower stall. 2nd level-laundry room, full bath, Bedroom 2-a kid’s bedroom with a loft bunk and two double beds, TV and DVD; Bedroom 3-queen bed and TV; and Bedroom 4-a second master with king bed, TV, walk-in closet and full bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double vanities. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! Family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. My grandmother needed an elevator to access the house and it was perfect. The beach and house was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything on the listing and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of room for all. I would stay here again and again. Love the Cape!!!

Very disappointing

We had a number of probkens which were never resolved despite frequent calls to Pristine PropertIes and their attempots to fix things. 1) The aIr conditioning never worked well. The downstairs (2nd level) consistently stayed at 78 to 80 degrees. The master suite on the 3rd level was cool, but the other bedrooms and bath were stifling. Two visits by maintenance helped slightly (the upstairs finally cooled on our last night). The downstairs (2nd level) stayed at 78 to 80. 2) The refrigerator side of the fridge NEVER got cold. A maintenancy guy said everything checked out, but our food was never cold, just barely cool. We called about this more than once. 3) The wifi was out for 2+ days. Maintenance guy said he could get a signal outside. Well, we couldn't inside. 4) Our checki-in was delayed by close to an hour (We were all there on time) because the inspector didn't come for over 45 minutes past checkin time. 5) The digital lock wouldn't work...insoecter used a key. We had to be sure someone was always at the house. 6) The mattresses in the queen bedroom and bunkroom were truly awful. My 16 yr old grandson had the bottom bunk bed, and the mattress on it was very thin. 7) There is simply no beach at that location on Cape San Blas. We should have been made aware that the beach restoration had not resumed in the two years since Michael, leaving basically a cliff with a very steep drop-off and maybe 10 feet of beach at low tide. 8) The house's description said it slept 10. 2 in each of the 3 bigger bedrooms = 6. The bunkroom could sleep a small person in each bunkbed, and 2 very small children ir 1 double bed...definitely not 5. Let's not embellish here. 9) Minor, but gross...upstairs bathroom wastebasket had not been emptied, and there was a large roach in the refrigerator. We called Pristibe Properties multiple times while we were staying at the house. My son asked to speak to whomever was in charge; he was told the owner was gone until Monday. We checked out on Sunday. He called several times the week following our checkout. The owner was always "busy" and would call back. He never did. We are seeking a credit of at the very least one night's stay, as well as a credit on the cleaning fees.
