Beautifully renovated and furnished one-bedroom condo with an ocean view of the Wildwood Crest beach. Our unit is located on the 4th floor, allowing for an outstanding view, and is around the corner from the elevator for easy access to the unit. Quartz countertops, gorgeous floors, and a 50-inch television in the living room with free internet access. There is a crystal fireplace to add ambiance to the unit especially during the winter months or for a romantic getaway. The bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, and a convertible ottoman, which converts to a single bed when needed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Condo unit will sleep 6, 4 adults comfortably. The unit is assigned its own parking spot close to the elevator. This is a smoke-free, pet-free condo, and one renter must be 25 years or older.

***You will need to bring sheets and towels***

Summer Sands is a beachfront condo complex with two heated pools with kiddie area, six barbecues, and five community use sun decks with chairs, umbrellas, sun longueurs, and tables. These amenities will be available for use in May through mid-September. There is also a coin-operated laundry room for your convenience, which is located around the corner.

We had a wonderful trip here everything was clean and there was great communication. The only thing unclear was the description said to bring our own sheets and towels but we did not end up needing them as the beds had sheets and there were towels. It is a great place for the price point!

Easy biking

Summer Sands is located towards the end of Wildwood Crest by Diamond Beach and Cape May. This location is minutes away from the amusement rides and games on the Wildwood boardwalk, and 10 minutes away from Cape May. In the summer, there is a trolley to take you to the boardwalk if you do not feel like driving. Additionally, there is a beach bar at the Icona Hotel that is gorgeous and within walking distance.
