Upstairs is all open planned and designed to let the light flow in while relaxing or dining on the top balcony. Wake up in the morning in the spacious queen master ensuite bedroom and enjoy beachside living. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and laundry and a further living space flowing onto an outdoor deck and landscaped lawn space.
The gourmet kitchen complete with Caesar stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances is a beachside dream, with ample space and fully stocked with everything necessary!
The open plan layout, modern interiors and lounge complete with all new furniture is the perfect place to relax, beachside with good conversation.
Downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms (1 x queen, 1 x double), bathroom (with shower), separate toilet and laundry facilities. There is a separate entertainment room with TV and DVD, perfect as a teenagers/children's retreat. The rear garden has an out door shower and lawn space to play ball games.

Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
