LAKEFRONT End Unit Condo at 3 Seasons @ 21MM
A beautifully remodeled lakefront condo located at 3 Seasons just off of KK at the 21.5
MM. Easy access to Hwy 54! You will be pleased with the clean look and feel of our second home. Our unit is a 3rd floor unit, but only up one flight of stairs from the parking lot. There are 2 bedrooms and one bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful view of the lake through the sliding glass door that leads out to the extremely large deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart tv. The master bedroom and the living room has HD TVs and access to Netflix and Hulu , as well as cable. Both bedrooms have a standing fan, in case you are one of those who can't sleep without a fan.
**The unit does have an outside security camera for outside security purposes only.
****Grilling/BBQ/Open flame is NOT allowed. if you go against the ban, you will pay the fine of $1,000.
The deck has a higher dining table with four swivel chairs on the deck as well as 2 polywood chairs, making it a great place to sit and watch all of the Lake activities or enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. The sliding glass door in the living room going to the same over sized deck as the master bedroom slider. With 2 large glass sliding doors, you'll be able to see the expansive cove view and the main channel. The condo is located at the 21.5 mile marker by water, right next to Shorty Pants.
There are bath towels, bed linens and just about everything you'll need. You might want to bring your over-sized beach towels and pool toys for the pool. The kitchen has utensils, plates, bowls, cups, crock pot, air fryer, pots/pans, Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods. This unit also has a washer/dryer and a water softener! 2 rolls of toilet paper is provided, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. We also wash the matress pad protectors and comforters AFTER EACH GUEST(S) as well as the chair and couch coverings, shower curtain and liner!!
There are 5 docks and you are welcome to fish off any of the docks!
10x20 Boat Slip (no lift) MAY BE AVAILABLE upon your request. PLEASE ASK BEFORE BOOKING. If available, there is a $25/night charge for the slip. You may pay cash and leave at the unit or I can add this onto VRBO. There is NO TRAILER PARKING! Please contact Redhead Yacht Club for launch/trailer parking ( 573-693-1525) this is located by our complex, or contact the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina (Public Beach 2) for trailer parking their phone number is 573-348-1233
It's a short walk to Shorty Pants Restaurant and Marina with live entertainment on some weekends for you to enjoy! Red Head Yacht Club is less than a 2 minute drive from the condo, or a short boat ride down the cove! Both have great food and both were voted best at the Lake.
We have free Wi-Fi in the condo. The condo complex has a great pool for owners and renters only, again with free Wi-Fi!
You are just minutes from Premium Outlet Stores, restaurants such as Redhead Yacht Club and Lakeside Grill, TanTara Margaritaville, Dog Days, and Shorty Pants, as well as Seven Springs Winery, The Oaks and other golf courses, Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (seasonal), Big Surf (seasonal), Miner Mike's, Main Street Music Hall and much more. Visit Bridal Cave or Ha Ha Tonka Park, just minutes away in Camdenton.

My husband and I have been married for 31 years. I am a 6th Grade Teacher and my husband works for Unilever. We have worked hard and this Vacation Home is so exciting for us.
