Sunset Villa
This luxury 2 bedroom Villa is located in a quite cul-de-sac in the heart of Pernera , it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Also close by are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafeterias, car rentals, bakery, pharmacy ext.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge with sofa's and satellite T.V. has patio doors that lead into an enclosed garden with swimming pool.
On the patio are sunbeds and a table with chairs for you to relax or lay in the sun.
Upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite shower and small balcony, there is a family bathroom with a bath.
In the other room there are 2 single beds.
It is close to Kapparis and Protaras and has the added bonus of being amongst the best beaches on the island.
Location is top , you don't even need to hire a car. Everything is nearby.
