The Kitchen and Living room:
Step directly into a stylishly appointed designer living room with terrazzo tile flooring, leather lounge, large TV with DVD player. The open floorplan includes a spacious dining area with 6 seater dining table and modern kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, gas hotplates and electric oven. A balcony off the living area has an outdoor table and gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests with two bedrooms comprising a queen size bed in the master with built in robes and two sets of single bunks in the second bedroom sleeping another four. A central bathroom features a large shower, toilet and vanity, a separate laundry with both a washing machine and dryer for your convenience and a small powder room off the kitchen with a second toilet and basin.

In a prime position just 500 metres to the Dromana foreshore and shops, this modern second level apartment is in a secure apartment complex with a coded entry gate and onsite parking available. Just a short stroll to the bustling town centre that is concentrated along the coastal boulevard of Point Nepean Road. The calm, sandy beaches provide safe swimming and boating opportunities and is just a short drive to the wineries, golf courses, craft breweries and all the magnificent delights the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Good location, but poor on quality and comfort

Apartment has terrible hot water system - both noisy and slow! Main bed was very uncomfortable. Minimal linen was provided - only bottom sheet, no top sheet. Outdoor furniture and BBQ were very weathered and awful. Batteries on remote control for TV were flat. Overall. Apartment is poorly designed and we were disappointed, considering the cost and the fact that it was still relatively new. I would not recommend it to any family.
