We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay.
You confirmed a reservation within 2 weeks of check in for a Studio unit and requested a complimentary upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Deluxe unit. We advised, at the time of your requests, that the upgrade could not be granted and that your requests for a jacuzzi tub and a balcony could not be accommodated with the unit you reserved. Our Studio listing does not advertise a jacuzzi tub or a balcony, because these units are not equipped with either.
The unit assigned by the resort at check in was a Studio Deluxe unit and was assigned to match the reservation you confirmed with us through Vrbo.
