Nestled in a quiet street, 11 houses from the beach is Coastal Serenity.
With spacious, open plan, contemporary living, you can relax and unwind or hit the town only 5 minutes away.
Perfectly positioned on The Peninsula to enjoy all that Mornington, Mt Martha, Sorrento or Portsea has to offer.
Coastal Serenity has been designed for gatherings, entertainment and relaxation. It's high ceilings and spacious living areas all combine for a relaxing, luxurious experience.
There's a covered entertaining area and 3 different decked areas to choose from. Enjoy an early morning coffee on the bedroom deck as you open your sliding doors to a Parisian bistro style table and chairs for 2 or gather the family together in the larger outdoor dining area. There's a fine mist cooling water spray and weber Q bbq.
Sun lounge on the open deck and the middle deck has been left free for childrens play.
Relax on our huge, deep, comfortable couch or binge on a Netflix series in our king bedroom suite.

Pets are welcome at Coastal Serenity. The yard is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside the home with the exception of carpeted bedrooms and furniture. A mid size kennel is supplied but bedding, bowls and food will need to be brought by guests.
Parking
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway and street parking is also available. Gates at the side of the property open to accommodate a small boat or Jetski. The double garage is unavailable for use.

We are available to contact by phone or email for any emergency or issue that may arise during your stay.
