Bring the toys! cov/dock on site and neighborhood boat launch. Right On lake Todd in the Tsala Apopka Retreats- the chain of seven lakes. Minutes from World class golf, scalloping, manatees, dolphins, Crystal River, Homosassa S, Rainbow S, Three Sisters & Silver springs just to name a few & Fort Island Beach just 20 miles away. Stylish suite has three entrances, sliding glass going out to the Beautiful covered lanai. Two doors, regular entry ways so when you close off the French doors to make two rooms with two different sleeping areas, if someone needs to leave they won't disturb the others. This lovely Lake house, sits on 1 sprawling acre including 200ft of lake front. Bring your boat, kayaks and swim gear! Fish or swim right off our Covered dock! propane & natural Fire pit and cascading waterfall. Dock, large grounds, swings, horseshoe pits, cornhole and basketball court provide fun for kids of all ages. Wake up to a beautiful bird sanctuary with cranes grazing on the plush, green sprawling lawn, loads of wildlife including Oscar, the otter, who occasionally stops by and sits on our dock, tons of space and ample, free, private parking. Although it’s rare, I may be on the property working on the other side, but it will not interfere with your stay or your parking because my parking is totally separate and away from you. There is a 14 foot barrier in between us, so no worries about me hearing you or me being heard by you . Magical Getaway!

This was a perfect close getaway for me and my husband. The in villa jacuzzi, huge porches and dock are great for stargazing and watching the abundant wildlife and the storms roll by. This place is an oasis and the host is attentive and arranges so many special things as part of the experience. Ask about the boat rentals and firefly show, you won't be sorry! Close to excellent local restaurants and all the comforts of home and more!

Hernando's Hideaway!

If you're going to Hernando, you will want to check out this beautiful comfortable villa. The amenities are everything you want/need. Within close driving distance to Ocala & Inverness. It's peaceful & relaxing. I felt very safe!! The sand cranes were so entertaining!! The fireflies at night made it enchanting. Bill is an amazing host. So accommodating & friendly. Thank you for making my visit so plesant.

Buyer beware. Very small home. Maybe 400 sq ft. 2 rooms. Bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room.The yard and patio are very nice. Owner was present most days for month and a half stay.

before he booked, I let Kasey know there’s a possibility I may be on the property at times working and it would not interfere with his stay. He would have the whole acre to himself including parking, i’ve earned super host five years in a row on another rental site and the reason is I go above and beyond to make sure my guests have a pleasurable stay. It is definitely a beautiful remarkably romantic place and I have 130 five star reviews that reflect this is a place where beautiful memories are made. I think reading between the lines here to my experience with Kasey is first of all because of his personal situation. I allowed his dogs little did I know they were three very large dogs. I had to ask him to pick up after they did, their business, of which he said he had to take issue with that, he does pick up after them. So as much as I didn’t want to, I marked out with flags 15 spots where his dogs went to the bathroom on my lawn primarily because he didn’t always go outside with the dogs, it being a large property. Well, I don’t have to explain why he thought he picked it all up. He was notably, upset, that I even mentioned it. I had a soft spot for Casey’s situation that I won’t mention and it was definitely not appreciated. Unfortunately this was one of those times where simple courtesy would’ve went a long way. as far as the amount of room, it is definitely not the size you want to bring in three large dogs too, well blessings to him and his dogs no hard feelings

Absolutely perfect!

Absolute beautiful property; inside and out. Took my 3 children to Florida for the first time (we live in Ohio). Perfect place to spend Easter! Plenty of room for an EPIC Easter egg hunt. We loved sitting on the dock, throwing our kayaks in the water, playing horseshoes & corn hole, cooking on the fire, and just enjoying the gorgeous outdoor sitting areas. Didn’t see the otters, but enjoyed plenty of other wildlife! The inside is very cool and had everything we needed for our stay. The main living area has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and a very comfy couch/pullout bed. Just be aware…the bathroom has curtain doors and glass-block walls. So make sure you’re comfy with your fellow guests! …It’s beautiful, you just won’t have much privacy. Lol. The kids enjoyed the back room for sleeping, hanging out and watching movies. Property is approx 15-20mins from delicious restaurants, grocery & department stores, nature trails & other fun attractions. We traveled 2 hrs east to the coast for a beach day, and then less than 1 hr West to the gulf! So thankful for Bill. He was an amazing host! Really hope to come back to visit again!!

Love having guests like these, who really appreciate the property. The villa was made for romance or a small family or just friends. It has a Roman bathroom with a two person Jacuzzi and a rain forest shower and has a glass block wall that lights up with a dimmer switch for ambience. There is a way to close off the the roman bathroom side of the villa with the double french doors, to create separation and total privacy. Most people that bring young kids close off those doors with them in the back bedroom space to watch a movie, while the adults enjoy the Jacuzzi Roman bathroom in blissful privacy .There is also a carriage house if you would like to bring extra guests, that is available to rent at a discount for guests staying in the villa. The property is a scenic wildlife sanctuary with many amenties to enjoy. Hope to see you there soon. Blessings to you, Bill

Great Evening Retreat

This place was a great retreat for 4 men working together during the day in Inverness, and coming back to the water sanctuary in the evening to grill out, play horseshoes and corn hole, sit around the fire and fish off the dock, and an exquisite opportunity to kayak around the many waterways adjacent to the property. Would love to do it again !

I say Gocart kids because this property is where I used to have Gocart church for about eight years so there's a lot of laughter and fun vibes here. The gocarts are gone but the memories live on. Now the property helps fund my ministry and the movies I am currently writing & producing. God is so good! he is definitely the reason for all the fun, peace and tranquility you will find here. Who knows we may even get a chance to meet. Occasionally, I am here doing maintenance or repairs all done in a way that you we will not hear me or even see me unless you request. There is a 14 foot barrier and a totally different parking area. Rest of sure if I am here working , you will never share anything with me and you will have complete privacy. aside from all the amenities we are just 20 minutes from Rainbowsprings and 30 minutes for most of the other popular Springs. Or just stay here and enjoy the view.
