Extensively renovated in 2022, Casa Campanula is the perfect getaway for groups of up to 10 people.

Located just on the edge of Laax, one of Switzerland's most prestigious winter sports towns, this house is exceptional: It features close proximity to all kinds of activities, from sightseeing to sports all year round, but is still located in such a secluded way that it features a lot of privacy.

Wunderschöne Lage, gemütliche Stube, gut ausgerüstete Küche, da die Innenräume der Restaurants noch geschlossen waren, haben wir gerne gut gekocht. Super Pfannen! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Schöne neue Sauna. Die ganze Wohnung kleiner als erwartet und im 2. Badezimmer Dusche kaputt. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Grandiose aussicht

Aussicht der wahnsinn, küche sehr gut eingerichtet, Induktionsherd und Kaffeemaschine inklusive. küche aber sehr klein, möbel funktionell, unten bei der sauna/waschküche hats aber gemüffelt. Kleiner sitzplatz mit super aussicht, alles sehr sauber und „anmächelig“ . War recht gut ausgestattet mit gewürzen/zucker etc. Haben eine supergute Zeit verbracht.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, etwas abseits aber entsprechend ruhig. Die Haltestelle vom Skibus liegt morgens nah (bergab), nach dem Skifahren etwas weiter (bergauf), aber alles machbar.

Amazing views, awesome house has everything

Stayed here for a week retreat and was everything we could have asked for. The area is beautiful, the views are incredible from all windows and balconies. The house has everything we needed and more, TV and sound system were great, kitchen had all appliances and sauna was a huge bonus. Wish we could have stayed even longer, had a great time and hope to come back.

Wow! Literally the perfect place for us.

What can I say? We loved this place. We really did. It's away from the noisy center, but still very close to all you need. The (free) shuttle took us to both entry points of the slopes within minutes. We actually quite enjoyed the 15-min walk into town, on the hidden footpath - it was magical, with all the snow! The place itself is very well kept up. You can tell the owners really care for it. Every amenity we could wish for, and it all worked great. The kids loved the 3D-TV, the adults enjoyed the infrared Sauna. We also really enjoyed the privacy (there are no neighbors on the side of the terrace). Overall, a flat out 5 stars! We'll be back, that's for sure.

Family friendly meets adventurous

Casa Campanula is the perfect place to stay. The pictures on the website are accurate and show what you will be renting. The house is very clean and well equipped. We have been there multiple times during all the seasons and it was always an excellent experience. There are multiple options for great actives and when you get tired its the perfect place to relax. The environment is also terrific for families. We now have two kids and they too love the place and the multiple huge play grounds in near distance. I rate this place with the highest grade you can give and would return in an instant.

A lovely and comfy spot with an amazing view!

Watching an amazing sunrise in the morning makes a stay at casa campanula unforgettable. The view was simply stunning and left me in awe while I forgot about my coffee getting cold... The whole apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. From the kitchen to the bathroom over your bed and finally to that very comfy and cozy swiss chalet-style dining corner, everything was in place and I couldn't have asked for more. Public transport is up the street and the lovely village center of LAAX is within walking distance. I recommend staying at casa campanula and can't wait to get back there either in summer or winter.

A lovely holiday home

The home is very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. A very nice welcoming appartment which was our base for a lovely skiing holiday in Laax. Both Laax and Falera ski resort are very easy to reach via bus or drive. The local shop and pizzeria are a nice walk away down the hill. Great views from both master bedrooms and the living room!

Gemütlich Skifahren

Das Apartment ist vollständig eingerichtet, gemütlich, sauber und nur zweihundert Meter vom Skibus entfernt. Phantastische Sicht auf das Alpenpanorama des ganzen Tals. Vermietung und Service freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren zu sechst dort, Eltern und vier fast erwachsene Kinder. Im Dorf gibt es einen Supermarkt. Da Skigebiet ist einmalig, wenn es bis unten Schnee hat. Einziges Manko sind die gigantischen Skipreise, die durch nichts zu rechtfertigen sind.
