About this property

No bank beautifully remodeled Beach House steps from the beach!

Gorgeous newly remodeled low bank waterfront house, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

First floor has open kitchen with deck overlooking Similk Bay and a gas fireplace in the living room, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, ready for sleeping bags, accessed by a ladder, and a bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks.

Lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with sliding door to beach and a gas fireplace, both with queen size beds, bath/laundry room with glass shower double sinks, and a TV alcove.

***A special note about cleaning, all surfaces, door knobs, cabinets, faucets etc. are wiped down with disinfectant as part of our through cleaning procedure.***

Please note:
The sitting deck off the retaining wall next to the fire pit are not stairs & not designed to walk up or down. Please use caution if you choose to climb up or down to the sitting deck or beach area from the grass area.

Great crabbing (in season) and clamming, making smores around a campfire, or getting away to a peaceful escape from the city. It's all possible here!

Absolutely loved our relaxing stay. The home is clean, updated and overall gorgeous with a stunning view. The morning sunrises are so peaceful with the rays of light streaming in. Truly beautiful.

Relaxing cottage by the water

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage by the water. It was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to lots of activities. The kitchen was well appointed and we could easily make meals. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Gorgeous views and beach walks! The home is nicely remodeled and was a great set up for our family. It is in a convenient location very close to both Anacortes and La Connor restaurants/ shops, as well as Deception Pass. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach House

This home is open and airy and has a great floor plan. Big windows were perfect for bird watching and nature observing even on rainy, foggy days. Kitchen had everything, beds were comfortable, and the hosts had great communication. A real favorite of the many places we’ve stayed.

This is a great house...nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beach access is great. Close to Anacortes and La Connor. We paddle boarded with the seals!

Great property in private location

This is a well-appointed home in a quiet location away from any traffic. Beautiful view (that does get warm with direct sun so keep the blinds down when you leave). Has two nice seating areas outside and a nice breeze to keep it comfortable. Had a great stay.

Slice of Heaven on the Water

What a wonderful house for our friends reunion. There are 3 nice size bedrooms, great kitchen for cooks and an outdoor firepit with views beyond our dreams. Good location for hiking and exploring the San Juan Islands. Super quiet private location. We will be back again.
