The villa has a large living room with full UK and Swedish TV package as well free wifi with enough room to seat up to 6 on the comfy sofas. There is a large dining are as well. The newly fitted kitchen has all mod con's for any catering as well a dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 2 with single beds and all have en suite shower rooms and one with full bath. Every room has air-con and built in wardrobes! Off the living room is a very large veranda great to relax and overlooks the private pool. Apart from relaxing there is also a dining table and BBQ. It is easy to understand why this villa is simply the best, and location to die for!!!

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more.
