A melhorar

Gostei muito do apartamento, com o comércio muito bom por perto, porém, tinha copos sujos com marca de batom, talheres enferrujados, panos de chão muito velhos, sujos e mau cheirosos. Não tinha nenhum varal de roupas e achei os colchões muito duros.

Experiência não muito boa

O ponto forte do apto é a localização, bem perto da praia. Apesar dos funcionários do prédio não estarem usando máscaras por diversas vezes que vimos (mesmo com várias exigências do próprio condomínio) as instalações e segurança do condomínio são boas. Quanto ao aluguel, após a contratação e pagamento pelo site, a proprietária entrou em contato para enviar um contrato que deve ser assinado e reenviado, burocracia desnecessária, já que o vínculo já teria sido feito pelo próprio vrbo, e isso não foi esclarecido em nenhum momento antes da contratação. Mas até aí ok, se o apto tivesse boas instalações. Quando chegamos estava com um cheiro estranho, os móveis são muito velhos, tive que tirar o colchão da cama pra poder dormir, além de malcheiroso, estava bem desconfortável de tão velho. Tinha uma cama com dois colchonetes finos. Atentar para roupa de cama e toalhas que são alugados a parte por um valor muito considerável. Aluguei um kit, as toalhas estavam velhas e muito usadas. Utensílios de cozinha também muito velhos, alguns impossíveis de utilizar. Pratos e copos contados e panelas encardidas. Varal da varanda totalmente enferrujado, caindo aos pedaços. Como sugestão, poderia colocar uma mesa maior, a mesa é de 4 lugares, sendo que o apto é para 5-6 pessoas.

Apartamento muito bom e tudo bem limpo. Boa localização e perto de tudo (praia, supermercados, lojas e caixas eletrônico). Sugiro instalar ventiladores na sala
