Beautiful Waterfront Cottage, Private Dock with 40'x16' Slip, Quiet Cove at 8 MM

This newly remodeled, beautiful 3 bdrm, 1.5 bath cottage in a quiet cove has everything you might need for your stay. An ideal location offering privacy and convenience, The Reel Oasis is close to all the fun in Sunrise beach by road and nestled in a cozy cove at mile marker 8 by water. Put your boat in at one of the two local marinas or rent one and know that you can dock it in our 40’ x 16’ well with shore power. Bring your fishing poles!

We love to cook, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, a selection of spices and condiments, a Keurig as well as a drip coffee pot (Coffee is important!) Seating for 6 in the eat in kitchen and 2 more at the island. An open concept floor plan allowing everyone to congregate and talk. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch and 2 recliners. Cable tv, highspeed internet, and a selection of movies and board games provide entertainment when everyone has had their fill of the sun.
Worn out from your fun filled day? 3 bedrooms, each featuring a smart tv and new mattresses, await you. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, includes an on suite ½ bath for privacy, and plenty of storage. Guest bedroom 1 features bunk beds (perfect for the kids!) 1 full size bed, and a smart tv. Guest bedroom 2 features a sliding glass door to the deck and a view of the lake, a smart tv, and a queen bed.

We know the joy of being at the lake is being outside with your friends and family enjoying great company while relaxing and having fun. We set up our outdoor spaces with exactly that in mind. Step out the sliding glass door to a table for 6. Prep your dinner on the spacious covered deck featuring both a gas and a charcoal grill, a smart tv, and fans to cool you as you take in the lake views. Just a few stairs down and you’re headed out to the concrete dock. A table for 6 awaits you, as well as 4 loungers perfect for getting your tan on, or reading a great book. A wetstep swim ladder provides easy access in and out of the lake. Pool noodles, and a selection of life jackets are on site for convenience.

Note: This is a quiet, family friendly cul-de-sac and we love our neighbors. There is limited parking on site. There are two parking spaces available on the property, so please plan accordingly. No boat trailers etc. on property as there isn’t space but there is a nearby offsite location to park your trailer (fees apply). The boat ramp next to the home is not available for guest use.
No parties. Please be respectful of the neighbors. We ask that after 10, noise is kept to a minimum as a courtesy.
No smoking or vaping inside please. Smoking is permitted outside. Please use ashtrays provided.

Max occupancy: 6 people, 1 pet.. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation must be at least 28 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. No exceptions will be granted.**
