Stylishly renovated with beautiful decor. High end appliances and decorator furnishings. All the comforts of home. Kitchen fully equipped for a gourmet cook with a Keurig coffee maker and frothing/heated milk machine. This is a private 1st floor unit with no waiting for the elevator. Primary bedroom with king bed and private en suite. Guest bedroom with queen bed. Full, upgraded hallway bath. One of only two units in the entire tower with its own washer/dryer! Large balcony with plenty of seating and colorful floral containers. Private spiral stairs from balcony to pool area and beach. High end linens/towels provided. Large TVs in LR and Guest bedroom with cable.
TV in LR has Apple TV equipped for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. and DVD player. Electric fireplace in LR for the occasional chilly winter mornings. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. Amazing views and sunsets every night. It doesn’t get better than this. Your own slice of Marco paradise. Just bring your clothes!
