Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time maybe later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check-in time.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Enjoyable stay in Little River

Everything about our stay was enjoyable! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Little River, SC is a great location, close to everything, but away from all the traffic and congestion. The management company was very accommodating and came right over when we had an issue with the tv/cable. I would definitely recommend this property!

New laminate plank flooring in kitchen and living room was beautiful. Very spacious. Carpets in the bedrooms probably needs to be replaced. There were lots of stained areas

Very nice place to stay

This rental place is very good in general, but couple things should be improved by my experience. 1. Basic supplies such as bathroom issues, garbage bags etc should be provided and it should be different from duration of staying. 2. Smoke detector batteries should be replaced regularly and property management should be responded accordingly.

Thanks for your feedback. Because the units are privately owned and it's not a hotel we do provide limited sundry items. Your pre arrival "what to bring" email should have covered this, but might have gone to junk mail. Glad we were able to change out the detector battieries and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have had.

Poor cleaning/ac problems

Every time my family and I take a vaca we do a walk through and check to make sure there’s nothing dirty or bugs. When we arrived and did our walk through it looks like the place never had gotten cleaned once I reached out to management they said everything I sent pictures of were considered “deep cleaning” so a tub/shower being cleaned was considered a deep clean it was so dirty you can see black marks all over the tub, the shower door had soap scum all over it, the floor you can tell are never mopped that’s also considered a deep clean per them, my daughters feet were black just being there 30 minutes so I washed them and out socks on, fridge was dirty, door handles/door had dirt marks all over them, they will not refund you for the convenience of you having to spend your own money to buy cleaning products to clean the place, I spoke with other families that were staying there and they experienced the same exact thing, our ac stopped working half way through the week, maintenance eventually came, I don’t know if it’s the cleaning company that they work with but if they are not cleaning what is the purpose of people paying a cleaning fee to get a filthy place, it’s going to ruin the reputation of this place and me and my family have been coming to this complex for 3 years

Nice place, could clean better

The condo was nice there was just some area that were not cleaned from the previous visitor like fast food trash in on one of the bedroom floors for instance. Other than that it was a really good place to stay.

Nice place but had a few issues

Overall a nice place to stay and the vaulted ceilings were nice. The TV was a little small but fine. A few hours after we arrived we realized the A/C wasn’t working properly but that was remedied that night. The WiFi also wasn’t working and after a couple of days I ended up on the phone for what seemed like an hour with the WiFi support person and that was finally resolved. The floor was also dirty and the bottoms of the kids’ feet were turning black. The blinds also wouldn’t shut and something was stuck in the trash compactor making it make a bad noise so we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the pool however one afternoon we walked down to the pool all dressed to swim and there was a “no swimming” sign up but we were able to go the next day. Aside from these issues we all enjoyed our stay.
