Condo was clean. The heated pool, lazy river & Hot tub were a plus. Beds were comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the air conditioning unit in the living room was noisy. It was Ocean View & the sunsets were beautiful!

Location, Location, Location! My sister and I just spent the weekend here.Condo was perfect for us. We were walking distance to everything including the beach, which was just steps away from our room. Carl was wonderful to deal with. I got immediate response’s from him whenever I had a question. I will definitely book with him again in the future.

Beach front condo

Hubby and I enjoyed staying at Carl’s beach front condo. Swimming pool/lazy river area got the morning sun. The balcony on this side-facing property also received the afternoon sun. Great location! Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

I won’t stay anywhere else

The absolute best condo I have stayed in at Myrtle Beach. The condo itself was very nice. Everything needed in a home was there. The location was the best. If it isn’t walking distance.. it isn’t a far drive. The host was readily available.. I will stay here every time I visit.

47 day stay was very comfortable. Carl was very quick in rectifying any issue and everything in the condo was purchased for the use of his family and, therefore, of the best quality and thoughtfully purchased. It is in an excellent location and the beach could not have been more beautiful.

I enjoyed being able to see the beach early in the morning and not be bothered by the direct sunlight and heat as the sun rose.On the other hand there is a great view looking west of Beach homes and also a pretty church steeple in the foreground as the sun is setting.

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

Great location especially to Main Street. Several stores, dance clubs, and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Just like home the Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. Great amenities and of course the beach. We would definitely recommend this for anyone and we will be back soon.

On North .Myrtle Beach

This 1 BR condo is perfectly located right on the beautiful beach and a short walk to the center of town. While the unit is small it has everything you would need. It is not plush, but it is pleasant. The beds were all very comfortable. The owner, Carl, was fantastic to work with and immediately jumped on solving the couple of minor issues that came up. Then Covid hit and Carl was immediately on the phone to tell me he would support whatever I needed to do which took a lot of pressure off during a stressful time. I would not hesitate to rent from Carl again.

Wonderful location within walking distance of many nice shops and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. We found some local restaurants within 1-2 miles that were wonderful. The room was well equipped for what we needed. The pool, lazy river was small but adequately sized for the amount of residents. Never felt over crowded. As we were there for the 4th of July we enjoyed some awesome fireworks on the beach. Amazing trip.

Perfect Condo for a Small Family

My husband, 2 year-old-daughter, and I stayed here for 4 nights/4 days. The condo had the perfect amount of space for us. We really enjoyed the view and the location! Carl was an excellent host and answered all of our questions promptly. I would recommend this condo to other families looking for a nice place to stay while in North Myrtle Beach!

Clean and comfortable

With a picky little eater, it was nice to have everything there that we needed for a little light cooking. Clean and comfortable beds. My favorite was there were chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys that we could use. That was a first and saved packing space! Perfect place if you have kids that love the beach!!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo! The unit itself was very clean, well cared for and had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The amenities at the property were also very well maintained, our kids loved the pool and lazy river and the beach was only a short walk away, very convenient. We loved North Myrtle Beach for our family, the beaches are beautiful and there are many fun things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning and would certainly stay at the Beach Lover's Condo again!

Very nice building and unit!

We had a wonderful week in the Verandas condo! The building seemed well kept and picked up. The pool area was very clean. Overall we had a great experience at the condo/beach!
