This 2-bedroom Ocean View Suite is located on the second floor and offers a large balcony that wraps around the corner, providing panoramic views. The balcony is furnished with comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor eating area, and a BBQ grill. Just steps away, you'll find a spacious pool and an exterior shower for your convenience. Access to the beach, complete with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and charming tiki huts, is a mere one-minute walk along a path within our property.

Payment Information:
* We charge 50% upon booking.
* The other 50% balance is due 60 days before check-in.
* We will charge the entire booking amount if the reservation is within 60 days.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).

Note: VRBO does not offer in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rerent your unit.
