Three Rivers Lodge is a brand new, gorgeous luxury cabin located in Hochatown, just minutes away from all the fun and adventure Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park have to offer!

When you arrive at Three Rivers Lodge, you’ll immediately notice the breathtaking, beauty of the wilderness around you! Situated along a peaceful stream, this cabin is truly a gem! The gorgeous, stone entry way and large front porch, happily welcome you inside. As you walk in you will be greeted by the stunning, floor to ceiling rock fireplace that continues all the way to the second floor. The open living concept makes for easy entertaining. The Kitchen boasts sleek, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
You’ll love the stylish decor and modern touches!

This large cabin houses 4 King Suites, each with it’s own private bathroom with walk in tile showers, granite counter tops and stylish sinks. Each bedroom is equipped with a large flat screen TV and DirecTV programming.
Upstairs you will find, two of the King Suites, an additional bedroom with a King bed a well as 2 sets of triple bunks and a Twin over Queen bunk. The loft area is the perfect place for hanging out, playing games, shooting pool or just kicking back and watching a little TV!
Downstairs holds the other two King Suites as well as an added half bath for convenience. The cabin also offers additional sleeping for 4 guests with 2 queen airbeds.

Outdoors, Three Rivers Lodge features covered decks with an outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy conversation. Ready to melt away the stresses of the day? Relax in the hot tub before sitting around the firepit, swapping stories and making smores! This cabin also has a flowing creek nearby, creating beautiful natural music to better help you relax and connect to nature!

Loved this house! The rooms are great kings in every room, triple bunk beds were awesome with the teenagers we had. Loved all the game tables! Outside was beautiful! We would totally stay here again! I definitely recommend!

The most “run down” of any Broken Bow property we have stayed at in 5 years.

Pillows - torn with stuffing coming out, stained Large rug - frayed and dirty Bar stools & kitchen chairs - wobbly, dirty cushions Games - foosball (broken handles), arcade (buttons didn’t work properly), pool table (no 8 ball), shuffleboard (no sand) Dryer - shut door & wouldn’t open (maintenance had to come to get our belongings out) Patio - furniture worn down, cushions dirty, outdoor TV no connection Loft - TV no connection to satellite channels Kitchen sink - wouldn’t hold water to wash dishes

The washing machine would not open one day and our clothes were stuck. We could not get ahold of anyone to come fix it. But we still had a great time. Very nice place

The freezer was not working, we had taken some food that needed to be freezed & also some popsicles that they ended up melting which at the end we had to throw them away . Ice machine was not working properly, very small amout of ice was coming out, Im guessing it needs a filter change. The blender did not turn on either, we had a lot of food that needed to be blended. One of the high chairs were broken, my aunt almost fell out of it . The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, wifi was very weak. The bathroom doors kept falling after every movement couldn’t even figure out how to lock .

There was a large crack in the window by the front door, there was a roach infestation in the kitchen, the bathroom doors fall completely off track at the slightest movement, the tv didn’t work in one of the rooms, & the back door has tape over it.
