Fully renovated in 2023, this home has much to offer for your beach getaway! Enjoy a full kitchen, dining table for 6 and a cozy living room area. One bedroom features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom features a king bed, with the guest bathroom right outside the door. Take a dip in the private heated saltwater pool or take a short walk to the beach. The nearest public beach access (#12) is just 0.3 miles away! Guests can enjoy free WiFi, smart TV, and free laundry on site. Patio table and chairs and loungers on the sundeck offer a relaxing view of the canal. This cozy mid-island retreat is just waiting for you and your family!
While this property is pet-friendly, we do require advanced written approval for pets and an additional $100 pet fee to be paid prior to your arrival. This covers up to 2 dogs for the duration of your stay. Cats are not permitted.

The house had a lot of cockroaches and Lizards inside. They were in the bedroom & kitchen counter..

the lizards & cockroaches made us feel very uncomfortable, especially when we saw them on the Dishes ..my kids were very upset at night knowing the roaches were all over ..

Hi Carolina - We wish that you would have contacted us about this issue during your stay. We were completely unaware there was an issue. The previous guest had no mention of roaches or lizards. Had you called us, we would have sent our pest control guy over as soon as possible or even offered to move you to another location if it was as bad as your review makes it sound.

Beautiful home with the PERFECT amenities!

Absolutely perfect beach vacation for myself and my teenage son! We LOVED our stay and would not hesitate to book this fantastic property to enjoy again in the future. The home is located mid island in a quiet neighborhood with many positives - beautiful decor, spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, updated and stocked kitchen for meal prep, large dining area, gas grill with ample outside dining seating, heated and lighted pool, dock with kayaks (life jackets and fishing poles on site) for fishing opportunities, easy 2 minute walk to gorgeous stretch of beach, beach chairs/sand toys/beach blanket, convenient options for grocery delivery, trolley stop close for easy access to restaurants and shopping near Times Square and the pier, WiFi, extra linens The home is listed as pet friendly but we did not travel with our dogs on this trip. Unfortunately, we did find dog poo in the backyard that required our cleanup upon arrival. Also, we did encounter numerous large palmetto bugs (cockroaches) each evening in the kitchen and bathrooms that required our attention. This does NOT speak to the cleanliness of the home as I understand the commonality of these in Florida; the home was incredibly clean but these “visitors” can be a bit startling if you are not familiar with them. I would recommend adding a wagon for ease of transporting things to the beach as well as adding extra attention to the lighting in the backyard; the light over the grill did not work and the lights on the dock were mostly burnt out in need of replacement. Again, this house is simply fantastic and makes for a wonderful and relaxing base for you to enjoy FMB!!
