Easy check-in, responsive host. Great location. Liked the no-pet policy, as our daughter has allergies. Clean unit. Only reason for docking one star is the place is very dated and dimly lit. Worked well for our needs though. Has Keurig and standard coffee maker and was stocked with all the supplies you’d expect from a rental property.

The best part of the condo is the location and easy ski-in/ski-out ability. The unit was spacious and well appointed, but a little dated. Overall is a good place to stay while skiing in Brian Head.

The location of this unit was incredible for ski in/ski out ability and easy walking distance to lodge. It was well stocked with great amenities. Lots of space, comfortable beds, sleds to use on porch, well-stocked kitchen (except no wine glasses so bring some if you don’t like wine in plastic cups). Fast, easy communication with owners. There is a hole in the 2nd bathroom ceiling above the shower but shower works fine and owners said it’s being repaired soon.

Great location and communication

The location was perfect. The ski closet lock pad died and the owner called me right back and walked me through how to open. Just enough dishes/silverware. Very minimal appliances. Not super clean. Lots of dust. And shower head dropped out but I cleaned it and was way better. Nintendo didn’t work. Only Netflix worked. Bedroom tv just snowed. Games were nice to have. Garage was nice. Found old gum on the end table. And old food inbetween couch cushions. Beds were comfortable and heaters worked great.

The condo was lovely, well-stocked, with excellent communication between the owners and ourselves. Easy to find and close to everything Brian Head has to offer. We were only there a few days for a wedding, but hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Comfy and Great Location

We had a great time and would stay again! The host was very communicative and texted ahead of time with details - much appreciated! Pretty well stocked kitchen, firewood on site, and multiple sleds to use. We were thankful for the pack and play for our baby as well as some fun toys/games in the unit for both littles and adults! Our only suggestions would be a full set of tools for the fireplace (there was only a poker tool), a set of decent knives for the kitchen, and a crockpot. But otherwise, we loved it and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

We had a great stay here! Clean, comfortable, affordable! Kitchen had everything we needed! Loved the wood burning fireplace, they offer free firewood just bring your own starter and kindling. Only recommendation would be a dining table with 6 chairs. Thank you!

Quiet and lovely summer trip

Our family loved our summer stay at Giant Steps in Brian Head! The place was very quiet since it was not ski season. The condo was awesome, with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the washer/dryer availability, as we were on a 10 day trip and washed several loads of clothes. The beds were very comfy and furnishings were great. Make sure to visit Cedar Breaks National Monument during the day and at night. Designated as a Dark Sky Park, we loved seeing all of the beautiful stars and constellations at night and also admiring the beauty of the top of the Grand Staircase and the surrounding Dixie National Forest during the day. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Just what we needed!

Great condo with a comfortable living room and beds. Easy ski in/ski out location in building 1 of Giant Steps. Only recommendation would be to add a few more kitchen tools (pizza cutter) and another cookie sheet or two. Available washer/dryer in master (didn't use but great to have if you do). Master shower head could use updating and Internet is shared (not a problem though). Television offerings were vast...Disney Plus, Netflix, Tubi, which allowed for fun family choices. Thank you for a great getaway!
