This home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is walking distance to town (for adults, not for young children). It’s really more of a 10-15 minute walk to St. George for a preteen. Check in was easy, and communication was great. Only a short drive to the beach (we preferred Vilano beach). The neighborhood is okay.

This property/location was perfect. We wanted to explore old town St. Augustine and we did. So many options for tours, food, etc. Parked car in drive and didn't touch again until going to the airport. Loved the more recent history lessons learned about Lincolnville.

Wonderful Holiday Stay!

We loved everything about this home...it was so organized, well-stocked, very meticulous, and well-maintained...wonderful design and decor...the holiday lights and thoughtful touches in each room and on the pretty enclosed patio added to the fun and festivity of our visit...the neighborhood is up and coming so fixer-upper projects were going on nearby but all was quiet and peaceful in the evenings...we enjoyed walking our pups (and using the bikes) a mere three blocks to the hub of all that St. Augustine has to offer...we highly recommend this family oasis!
